Scared

Dave stopped and rolled to the side, his breath was haggard and he stared at the ceiling.

He doesn't know why she became uninterested all of a sudden but whatever is the case, he doesn't want to go against her wish.

"I'm sorry" he apologized.

Daisy didn't respond, she seemed to be lost in her thoughts. Dave pushes himself halfway up and supports his head with his hand while staring at her.

"Are you mad?" He demands.

Daisy shakes her head in denial, "I'm not" she voiced.

"You look mad" Dave pressed on.

Daisy pushes herself to sit up straight, " I'm not, just feeling tired... That's all" She walks into the bedroom and closes the door.

She can't tell him she is mad at him for not explaining to her his relationship with Britney. What if there is something more than what's there? How will she be able to take it when he is making her believe he loves none but her alone?

The night went on, both silently immersed in the sounds that come with it.
