It was dusk when Dave decided to step down for dinner. Climbing down the stairs, he was quick to notice Daisy wasn't present.

"Where is my wife?" He asked Mary who was serving the dishes on the table.

It's the first time Dave is claiming Daisy by calling her his wife. He always refers to her as 'she' or calls her by her name.

"She's yet to come down for dinner" Mary responded.

Dave stares at the table full of food, he goes closer and starts dishing out food.

"Take the rest back, we will be eating upstairs" he informs

Mary nods, "Do you need my help, young Master?" She asked.

Dave shakes his head in denial, "Not at all, I'll be just fine" he turns and starts climbing up the stairs, "just help us with water when you are done"

On the other hand, Daisy was lying on her bed staring at the ceiling lost in thought when a knock came on her door but she was unable to hear it.
