Megan's POV

I knew that my husband's touch would always make my entire body come alive. He is the only one who can make me feel so good. The moment I felt his mouth on mine, I wanted to push Ashton away, but the love I felt for my husband took over.

I felt like jelly as we kissed, and I loved how he caressed my body with his fingers. I didn't want him to stop what he was doing, and I felt so ashamed that with one touch from Ashton, I would melt into his arms right away.

I could feel Ashton's love for me as he made love to me passionately; with his every kiss and touch, my body wanted more, and I couldn't get enough of my hot husband.

My anger evaporated as he tasted every inch of my frame, and I was burning with lust, and I called Ashton's name as he continued to caress my body with gentleness.

I let go of all the pain and humiliation I felt at the party, including the fears of what will happen to us in the future. I realized I had Ashton, and my sister was right; I am one of the luckiest women in the world for having Ashton as my husband.

I was delighted that he came, and Ashton didn't leave when I drove him away. He stayed, and I almost laughed when I realized he had gotten me naked in an instant, and I couldn't stop myself from screaming when I came.

I collapsed on top of my husband's toned body as I came for the second time, panting. It was a hell of a lovemaking. I could tell we were both catching our breath.

I could see a beautiful smile on my husband's face as I realized he was still deep inside me, and I could feel he was still hard even if he had come with me. I love the way he was buried inside me.

The happiness I saw on his face was priceless, and I love the feeling of being so connected with my husband as we became one.

Ashton put some locks of my hair behind my ear, and how he looked at me made me blush, and I could feel the knots on my belly.

"I love you, Megan; I will never get tired of telling you how much I love you until the day I die." He whispered as I lay beside him.

I was speechless since I didn't know what to say to him after the tears I cried at Astikoz hills, and after I gave myself to my husband without reservations. I don't need to tell him how much I felt for him since I manifested my feelings the way I received him.

My loving husband put his arms around me as he let my head lean on his chest, and I could feel his erratic breathing until his heart rate calmed down.

"I hope you are no longer angry with me," he whispered, and I looked at him and smiled.

"I felt ashamed," I replied and averted his gaze, but my husband cupped my face.

"You don't need to feel shy in front of me, Meg, I am your husband, and it would only be natural for us to share that kind of intimate moment." He responded, and I couldn't stop laughing.

"Wow, I am happy you let me hear your laughter again. I love to hear you laugh, Meg, and I hate it when I see tears in your eyes. I hated myself that I made you cry tonight at the party." He declared.

"I didn't expect my father would do that to us, he made me believe he became a different man, but he fooled us all," Ashton added.

"Forgive me, my love." He continued as he looked at me with tenderness.

"You don't need to ask forgiveness from me, and I should be the one who would be asking sorry; I could have stayed by your side when your father humiliated you." I declared, and I felt glad I finally found the courage to speak to my husband.

"Thank you, my love, for showing me how great your love for me is. I am sorry if I felt so weak that I ran away from you. I hated that I believed Gael's lies more than your words." I added.

"It doesn't matter now, Meg; what is important is I still have you in my arms, and you allow me to be with you," Aston responded.

"I don't care what kind of trials we are going to face in the future as long as I have you, Megan." He added.

"I promised you, Ashton, I will never doubt your love for me ever again." I softly responded.

"I understand why you acted that way; there would be no apologies needed. You didn't do anything; this was all my father's fault. I am thankful he showed everyone what kind of father he was." Ashton replied.

I giggled when he pulled me closer to him, and I realized he was still hard as a rock. My husband nibbled my ear, and I softly moaned.

"Can I stay in your room?" He asked, and I blushed.

"I wanted to, but can I stay here with you? I don't want my parents to think I am an easy girl," I stated, and he chuckled.

Aston's laughter made me so happy, and he whispered sweet nothings into my ear, and his sweet words lulled me to sleep.

I was anxious when I woke up the following morning and found myself alone and naked on the bed. I hastily got up when I realized my husband was gone; as my eyes searched for him I found my gown neatly folded on top of the bed.

I quickly strode towards the closet and took a towel, and wrapped my body with it; I tiptoed on the hallways as I made my way to my old room.

I didn't shower since I felt afraid my husband had left without saying goodbye to me. Ashton promised he would never return to his father's house, but I couldn't stop feeling uneasy knowing he was very angry with his father after what happened the other night.

I was on the stairs when I heard my son's laughter echo throughout the house. I felt relieved as I realized Ashton was having morning exercises in the living room while my son was mirroring his father's actions; I couldn't stop admiring Ashton's physique.

"I felt glad everything was okay between you, too," my sister mumbled as she stood beside me.

"How can you say we are okay?" I asked, trying to hide my happiness, and I hate to admit that my sister was better at judging my character than I.

"You will not be smiling like an idiot watching your husband and son on the sideline, and I bet something happened last night," my sister replied, and I know my face turned bright red as I could feel the hotness all over my face as I remembered the hot night I shared with my husband.

"You were right, Ava," I said, and I didn't need to elaborate on what I meant as I saw my sister beam at me.

"Do you want to have a run with me?" She asked, and I hesitated.

"You better join, Ava, my love," Ashton answered before I could even say yes to my sister. I didn't notice he came closer to us.

"Can I run with them, dad?" Axel asked, and his father nodded his head with a wide grin on his face, and my heart filled with happiness as I looked at them.

"Of course, we would be running with your aunt Ava and mom, and do you know where I am going to take you after our run, Axel?" My husband asked, and our little boy shook his head, but I could see the excitement on his face.

"Where are you going to take us, dad?" Our son asked as Ashton turned his gaze on me, and how he looked at me melted my heart.

"We will be having breakfast at your mom's favorite place, I am sure your mother missed that place, and she will be happy to eat there with us," Ashton responded, and I raised my eyebrows, and he winked at me before he took Axel's hand, and I was left dumbfounded.

"Wow, I could tell someone is on cloud nine right now. Can you imagine? Ashton remembered your favorite place, and I am sure he was talking about the pancake house." My sister declared as she dragged me with her.

Yeah, my husband brought us to my favorite place after we were finished jogging. I didn't expect he would remember, and I felt excited as we got inside the pancake house.

They renovated the place, but it is still the same place where my dad used to take me when I was growing up; every time I was upset with something, my father knew this place would always make me smile.

I could smell the Aroma of pancakes and bacon wafting in the air, and I felt embarrassed when my stomach grumbled.

"It seems someone is hungry," Ashton teased as he took my hand and led us to our table. I couldn't believe my husband had made a reservation. I was about to sit down when my sister nudged my arm; my tears almost fell when one of the servers handed me a bouquet of fresh flowers.

"Thank you," I said in more than a whisper as I looked at my handsome and sweet husband.

"You are welcome, my love," he replied and gave me a quick kiss on the lips that was enough to make my knees feel weak.

I felt so grateful that I didn't allow my pride to wreck what I had with Ashton, and I would not be standing here with too much gratification if I had let my anger rule my mind.
