LILY’s P.O.V

The Job

He hasn’t even checked my credentials and he’s saying he doesn’t think I fit in here. Rude is an understatement in describing him. Lily never saw him coming. Mr.Holland was a different breed, the difference was so clear.

Unable to accept defeat. She regains her courage and decides to tackle Mr. Damon as she turns back into his office.

“Why are you still here?” he asked as soon as he saw her.

“I was prepared for an interview and I’m pretty much sure I’m capable of proving myself. We can start the interview now, Sir.” She said to him.

A little look of shock displayed on his face which he wiped away as soon as possible.
