During my vacation, I'm in the middle of a riverside stroll with my wife, Wendy Summer, when I suddenly hear someone screaming. "Please! Save my drowning son!" Before I can regain my senses, Wendy, who's pregnant, quickly pushes the crowd apart and rushes toward the center of the conflict. "I'm a doctor, so I can help save the patient. I'll perform CPR on him right away." As Wendy speaks, she moves to lean over the patient. But that's when I grip her by the wrist tightly. "You're not allowed to save him. If you dare administer CPR to him, we'll get a divorce." Wendy stares at me in shock. "Have you gone nuts? Healing the sick and treating the injured is a doctor's duty! You're a doctor as well, Rowan! How could you say such things?" The onlookers begin admonishing me. "If you don't heal the sick and treat the wounded, then what sort of doctor are you? You're just an unethical bastard!" "I can't believe doctors like you still exist! You have no right to remain as a doctor! I'm going to record your actions and upload the video to the Internet!" I say firmly to Wendy, "We shall not be discussing this matter. If you save him, we'll get a divorce right away!"

Chapter 1
I ,my stepmom and my stepsister stood in front of the cemetery in our dark clothes with flowers in our hands and tears dripping down our face in front of my late's dad casket.
I couldn't stand watching my dad being lowered to the ground, I moved back a bit then I noticed three black maybach drives in.
No one came out of the car until my dad got lowered to the ground.
We turn around and look towards the car, two men ,came out of the car from both the driver and passengers seat while other two from behind and another man came out from the backseat of the car at the middle.
They stare at us till my dad was lowered to the ground.
I kept looking towards the strange people at first, I thought they had come to pay their last respect to my late dad.
Everyone who had come to support us including the priest took to their heels while we tried to run into our car.
They shot at our car tyres and our car couldn't move.
They walk towards us while the man who came out from the back seat comes to stand in front of his maybach while his men chases after us.
" Ple....please Alfredo please ! Don't kill us, don't hurt us" my stepmom said.
I was surprised my stepmom knew this man.
We were drag and made to kneel in front of him by his men while his men stood behind us pointing gun to our heads while we had our heads bowed down.
we all shivered while we all continue to plead.
"Rosalia! Alfredo called out.
" Ye...yes" my mom quickly replied." Your late husband knows I don't joke with my money" he said."Ye....e..es, he knows" my stepmom replied stammering." He tried so hard to pay your money but he couldn't " my stepmom said. That was when I knew my dad owed the man standing before us some money." And now that he is gone, I am here for my debt, who is going to pay my debt? you? You? He said pointing at everyone of us with the pistol in his hands.My stepmom steals a look at him and points at me.

I was stunned and I look at her in surprise, I was lost and was still trying to figure out what my mom just said.
I know my dad will never ask me to pay up his debt, with what will I paid his debt when I haven't even taken over his company. I thought.
" Stand up! He yelled at me and I quickly stood to my feet shivering and still looking at my stepmom with tears dripping down my face already.
He move closer to me and places his gun under my jaw, I shiver in fear and almost pee in my pants.
I looked into his eyes and quickly look away .
" Nice payment" he says and signal his men, I was going to look back when his men pick me up and take me away.ALFREDO.
Few days ago the news of Collins Rosalie husband reached us that he died.He had borrowed a loan of $10,000,000 from my family and he promised to pay up before his death.I had my men get details about his funeral which was today and we plan to pick his wife Rosalie and her daughters to make arrangements of my money in their home or anywhere but just to give my money to me.
When we got to the cemetery I ask my men to let them pay their last respects before attacking.
When my men shoots into the air everyone ran away and my men knows what to do not to let Rosalie and her daughters get away.
When I demanded for my payment and Rosalie pointed at her daughter Charlene that she is the one that will be paying my debt , I ask her to stand up.
When she stood to her feet, I looked at her from head to toe and when I use my gun to lift her face up, I could see she look perfect for our upcoming Auction and could possibly make double of the money we needed.
I asked my men to pick her up from the ground and take her to the car.

When Alfredo men picked me up, they held me by my two hands while I struggled so hard in their arms to let me go.
I weep so hard, they threw me into the car, bind my hands and legs and sealed my mouth while I try to struggle to get out of the car but I couldn't.
They shut their car door and Alfredo enters into the car and his men drove out drove out of the cemetery.
Tears dripped down my face as the car drove in the highway, the man beside me didn't even look into my face as I weep.
I began to think back to how both my mom and my dad treated me when my dad was alive and I began to imagine why he would want me to pay his debt when he died.
The cars drove into a big compound and pull up in front of the big mansion.
Alfredo came out of the car while all his men bowed to him as he steps out of the car.
He walks into the mansion while his men drags me out of the car , they drag me to him where he was seated on the couch.
