4. Kemira

(SA warning)

“Wait, you want her? You want this weak woman who has no wolf, who fucks your own father and killed your mother?” Gemma screams.

“Shut up! Of course not. Kemira, you disgust me. I hope you get everything coming to you. My father has been holding back. Wait until I tell him this.” He snarls as my heartbeat quickens. I can’t take much more of this. Especially from his father. “I, Alpha Lev of the Silver Moon Pack, reject you, Kemira omega of the Silver Moon Pack.”

His words slice into my soul. I feel radiating pain from every direction in my body. I scream as the pain pulses through me. Like I’m breaking every bone and forging them back together. Lev bends down, snarling, gripping my face painfully. I feel as though he will crush my jaw bones with his grip.

“Say it back. Now!” He yells using his alpha aura, but as usual, it has no effect on me. I play along because I feel the pain in his grip. That is real.

“I, Kemira, omega of the silver moon pack, accept your rejection of our mate bond from you, Alpha Lev of the Silver Moon Pack.” I barely whisper, but I say it loud enough to take effect. I see barely any reaction to him. Except his wolf flashes forward in pain for a second before he is gone again.

“As your Alpha, I forbid you from telling this information to anyone. If you do, I will kill you myself.” He keeps hold of my face. Then pushes me down to the ground and kicks me in my ribs. I spit up blood as I lay there waiting to die. Gemma also kicks me a few times as I black out and come back to. She spits on me as they leave me on the floor.

Minutes later, that feels like hours, Rodah, one of the kitchen staffers, walks into the pantry and finds me still on the floor.

“Damn child! Get up! We have a guest arriving. I don’t have time to help you with your work. Get yourself together and finish. The ball begins in an hour!” She pulls me from the floor. I ache from the broken ribs I feel on my left side. I take a towel and wipe the blood from my mouth. I wet the towel and try and clean my face some. Goddess, what did I do to deserve to have Alpha Lev as my mate?

I force myself back to work, finishing up. The food is ready, and I am told to report to the Alpha’s suite. I dread this moment. I hoped he would give me time to at least see if my mate was here. It would be so much more enjoyable for him to humiliate me in front of my mate.

“Alpha Leopold said get to his suite now! " Do not keep him waiting!” Rodah yells as she pushes me out of her kitchen. I hurry along to his floor. The guards smile at me, knowing what they are used to hearing from his bedroom when I am there. I try and calm myself, but nothing is working. I knock on his door, and he opens it.

“Took you long enough.” He grips my neck, bringing me in close to him. He smells my neck inhaling me as if I have a scent. “I love that smell. The smell of fear coming off your body. Are you wet for me? Doesn’t matter. I like it better when I take it roughly from you. Hearing you scream. Goddess, you excite me.”

He looks at my face for a minute and frowns.

“What happened to your face?” He asks. I have a matching pair of bruises on both cheeks from my mom and Gemma.

“Nothing sir. I fell.” I reply. He grips my neck and chokes me.

“Don’t lie to me slut.” He back hands me. I fall to the floor as he grips my hair pulling me back up. “Have you been sleeping around? Have you been giving what is only mine away?”

I grit in pain as he tightens his grip on my hair.

“No alpha!” I scream.

“I guess I’ll have to show you your surprise now. To keep you in your place.” He slings me to the floor and pushes a button. The ceiling opens and down comes a cross bar made of wood with chains connected to it. My eyes go wide with fear.

“No. No Alpha please!” I beg even though I know he craves when I beg. He laughs as he stands me up locking my arms in both ends of the cross bar. Then a chain attached to the floor is locked on my ankles. I try and budge to be free but it’s no use. He holds me in place as he bites my shoulder deeply. Leaving teeth marks as I whimper.

“You will scream for me tonight. As I claim every part of you after the party. This will be your life now.”

He rips my uniform open and continues to assault me. Slapping my face choking me until I black out. Then a syringe comes out and he jabs it into my neck. Then everything fades to black.

Sometime later I awaken and feel sore all over. Not sure what he did to me while I was unconscious. I try and move but everything hurts. This is it for me. I can’t escape. These chains are too heavy. I lower my head accepting my life until I can find a way to end it.

A few minutes later I hear commotion and the doors are torn off the hinges. I wonder what I will be blamed for when I’ve been chained the entire time. My head is too heavy to lift. Suddenly I see feet approaching me. A loud angry growl is released from the man before me. I can’t lift my head at all. The drugs are still in my system.

I smell a scent. It smells like a forest after a rainstorm. If I die right now at least I die with this scent. I feel hands touch my face and lift my head. I try and focus but all I can see are grey eyes. Then I pass out again. I hope this is the end.
