“YOU ran today. Tomorrow you won’t, wife.”

Hindi na alam ni Renese kung ilang beses niya nang paulit-ulit na binasa ang text message na natanggap niya galing kay Zoren.

Kakatapos niya lamang maligo para maghanda na sa pagtulog pero ito kaagad ang bumungad sa kanya ng buksan niya ang kanyang phone. Her return home earlier was successful, she thought Zoren would follow her, but fortunately, he didn’t — which she silently thanked for.
