I woke up from the not beautiful sleep of my life, the satisfaction could be felt from deep in my bones as I stretched my arms and legs out till I bumped into something a bit hard and also soft. I didn’t care to check and wrapped my arms around it, also placing my leg over the figure.

“If you’re fully awake, you have to realize that I’m a living creature too.” Alpha Keegan's deep voice made me jerk awake and realize that his body was the figure.

I quickly pulled away from him and sat up straight, my cheeks flushed with an embarrassed blush. “I'm so sorry.”

“You have the worst sleeping habit ever.” He gruffed with a roll of his eyes, laying his head on the pillow properly.

“Please forgive me. How am I even—” I remembered that he had asked me to sleep on his bed. It wasn’t my fault he insisted that I sleep on his bed. “I’m sorry.” I still added.

He tilted his head, squinting his eyes at me like he was trying to derive information from the depth of my eyes.
