CHAPTER 48 - Accident

Amarah ducked avoiding Jacob’s counterattack. She swerved to her right when he made another attack. She then grabbed his arm and dismantled the weapon just as he had taught her a few days ago.

“Well done!” He praised when she pulled away and stood up straight.

Jacob bent down and grabbed a towel, wiping the sweat off his bare chest and then reached for his bottled water. He took a drink while he handed one to her as well.

“That feels liberating,” she commented after taking a drink. She reached for her towel and wiped her face gently, tapping on her face lightly. She then looked down at several scratches, some a little deep, she sustained from their practice. “I guess I’ll be wearing long sleeves for a while.”

having claytons arrogance, he is not worthy of having Amarah by his side. he is jealous of every single thing but he cant even take care of her while she is being bullied. He needs to learn a lesson of life
