Chapter 8.

Damian’s POV.

It’s a bright and sunny morning. I decided to take a walk since it’s been a while since I did. I am just about to set out of the house when I hear my father call out for me.

“Damian..” he calls. I look back to see my father already working towards me.

“Good morning dad, how are you doing today?” I ask him.

“I’m doing fine son. I was just about to send for you.”

“Really? Hope it’s nothing serious Dad. I ask worried.

My father smiles and answers;

“not at all son, it’s just that we got an invitation from the Alpha king. It’s his birthday celebration and he wants all Alpha to be there.”

“Oh, so I guess you’re going Dad,” I say matter of factly.

“That’s why I was going to send for you. I won’t be able to attend because of my health so you’ll be going in my place.” He says.
