"I have only three rules Anastasia. Stay focused on your training and never tell me anything about the future... that also applies to you to Christian." Arkalis said as we followed him from behind... leading us to God knows where. For an old man, he is so full of energy, I can barely keep up with him. With his hands behind his back he turns around, stopping the three of us immediately... I'm glad Christian didn't collide into him.Arkalis grins widely moving away from our sight.. revealing a wooden dining table filled with all kinds of food. My throat dance in happiness at the sight of it all."I presumed the three of you would be hungry due to all the walking. Although I only prepared food enough for two, I wasn't expecting to see princess's Freya. My visions didn't reveal her coming to me." He frowns."No kidding this is more than enough for the three of us. And yes, we weren't really supposed to bring princess freya along, it was due to some unfortunate circumstances." Christian r
"Perfect. You did great." Arkalis commends me as I transported water from one bucket to another.I smiled happily, I'm one step in achieving my destiny and not just because, the whole of Christian's clan is on my back but because I believe I can do it."Thank you." I smiled really brightly, showing off my thirty two dentures. I should probably try shooting a toothpaste commercial. "Sine you are starting the day on a really great note. I will let you have the rest of the day to yourself. You can go out and do something fun." Arkalis pats me on the shoulder and exits the training ground.I happily hopped out of the training ground heading straight for the inner chamber, where freya and Christian were too busy lazying around."Okay people. What do you think about having some fun for the day." I yelled excitedly as I walked in. "First off, are you done with your training? Secondly, I hope you are not trying to escape from your training. And yes, I am glad to do something fun for a chang
"Welcome my student, I see you are here early." Arkalis said in a loud voice getting up from his seats and I smiled. "Yes I came early. I just can't wait to learn more magic." I said so excited to start my training."That's a good spirit. And I have prepared something good to match that spirit." He grinned. "Can you see that really big water tank over there?" He asked pointing in the left direction and I followed his finger tip... The water tank is indeed big and also very far from me."Yes I can." I replied."Good. Do you see the other water tank facing it over there." He pointed far off to my right and then I looked towards the direction to what he was pointing. "Yes I can see." I replied nodding my head. "Good. Now I want you to transport all the water in the left water tank to the right water tank." His instructions came out of his mouth so easily like he just asked me to eat a piece of cake. "What? There is no way I could do that, at least give me something simpler. There i
"Breath focus. Connect with the water body in the tank. Feel it." Arkalis whispered softly. I relaxed my body... remembering what it felt like earlier today in the river. After I rescued both myself and freya, the time before sundown I used it in swimming in the water. I became a really fast swimmer and a good one. I made the water flow as I want, stopped it from flowing or increasing its flow. I did water castles and soon I loved it so much. "Even the smallest amount of connection matter, you could broaden that connection." Arkalis whispered in my ear.... Then I did it. I connected with the water body inside of the tank then I transport it to the right tank."Yes. I did it." I said smiling sheepishly. "You are finally now a master of the water element. We can move to earth." He smiled clapping, and my smile increase."Wow. I can't wait to master earth too." I said enthusiastically."Be here first thing tomorrow and we would start." I nod my head at what Arkalis said then venture
"This has got to be a joke. I know what I saw, i don't understand what is going on right now... She lead me there! Aria lead me to the warehouse. My visions are not blurry neither have I lost my memories. I know what I saw and the face I saw! I'm not crazy, I'm not..""Anastasia calm down. Breathe in and out slowly, okay. In and out." Christian whispered softly to me, his hands rubbing my back calmly and it made me calm down.I turned around and hugged him, "I almost died Christian and I was so confused, I thought I won't make it out alive. What if I was just a normal girl, that would have been the end of my life. I was so scared." Tears ran down my cheeks in full speed, they wouldn't just stop coming out. My emotions were just all over the place, It just hits me that I survived a near death experience. "Is alright, you are alive now and that's all that matters." He whispered comfortingly, patting my hair softly. "Someone tried to kill me Christian, is not alright." I cried out, my
I woke up very early today... I couldn't really sleep though, my mind was in great displeasure all thanks to *Terror* I had made up my mind not to run away from my destiny but become that powerful witch everyone is whispering about. I will make sure the next time I meet with *terror* I will show him what I can be and that he is the one that is of no match with me.I got up from the bed and left my room heading for the training ground with so much agility and positivity.I was practicing all the elements of magic that I have come to learn when Arkalis walked in. "I see that you are here early." He states staring at me curiously."Yes, I am. Besides you did say that you would be doubling my training time. And I'm prepared for that." I said focusing my energy on making a more wider fireball. "Yes I did say that and that's why we can now advance to spells." I stopped what I was doing immediately. "Finally." I replied showing off my white dentures."Come with me." He beckons leaving t
"Banishing negative energy from a house." I read out from my book of spells. Arkalis had a complain from one of the villagers. The man had complained of not making any sales from his shop, and that he has been drowning slowly in debts. Arkalis gave me my first mission, the job of cleansing the villager shop. But when I got there I felt a negative vibe on the man's shop and decided I should instead cast a banishing spell on all negative energy away from the shop. "I will need four black candles, onyx or loderstome or magnetized iron, frankincense or sandalwood incense stick. I need this ingredients to cast the spell, so please get them. I will start the ritual by midnight." I said to the man and he nods his head and exit his shop, while I waited for his return. The man was able to get me the four black candles, onyx, and sandalwood incense stick. I waited till midnight before starting with the ritual of cleansing his shop of all negative energy. I took four black candles and put
Waking up to another blissful morning something I dread doing. I do love waking up, but I hate that I have to learn new tactics on how to not so obviously avoid Christian, and is now very obvious to everyone around us that I am indeed hiding from Christian. Arkalis has unknowingly been helping me keep busy though. The people from the villages have been coming for Arkalis help, and I have been the one tending to their complains. Most times, their complains are stuffs they could handle by themselves, to these people I just end up warning them not to waste the wizard time.In my view i can finally call myself a full witch, but in Arkalis view, he believes that I still have a lot to learn. I can't understand why he thinks that when, he has already stop with all my magic classes. He is now teaching me how to fight, Christian inclusive.Arkalis felt that I might need to know how to fight in case my powers fails me, and he also believes that I might one day need the help of Christian skillf
