Set Off

[Armal’s POV]

I felt my eyes grow wide as a wave of power slammed into me, sending me spiraling out of the oasis and back into the real world.

Jumping up, I looked around my room while fear rolled through me. Mia was alone, and despite my attempts, I couldn’t get back to where she was.

Cursing, I quickly teleported into Mykel’s room to find him and Amya making out.

"Sorry to interrupt." I growled, rushing forward. "But we need to go now!"

"Go where?" Mykel demanded, untangling himself from Amya. "And don’t you know how to fucking knock?"

"No time."

Grabbing Mykel’s arm, I gave a tug and began to pull him across the room. "We need to go NOW!"

"What’s wrong?"

Turning, I met Amya’s confused gaze. Wait, she could be of help.

"Mia’s in trouble." I explained, causing her large red eyes to widen. "There are beasts in the oasis."
