Emma’s Pov 

I starred heavily at my almost finished alcohol given to me by a stranger. If wishes were to come through I would wish never to have met Jack, oh how could a human be so wicked, cruel and every worst thing on earth.

I mean I loved him with everything I had,I would have moved heaven and earth for him, I was even willing to severe all ties with Lola because he didn't like her.

"Emma" Lola my so supportive best friend broke me out of my trance. She knew little about my marriage with Zach though she met him a few times but I kept the details from her. Don't get me wrong she's a good person but she can't keep secrets especially Mariam Auston my high school rival whom she's gotten unusually close to.

"Come on Em I brought you here to have fun" She urged me giving me another drink as soon as I finish mine.

"Fun? Lola look at me, am doomed" I cried more to myself .

"You'll be fine it's just a failed marriage" Lola said with no hint of remorse, I lifted my gaze to her in surprise.

“it's not just any failed marriage it's my failed marriage" I told her trying to keep anger off my voice.

"I warned you about him didn't I? I told you about how he's the devil himself and how he's more concerned about your trust-fund than you" She explained I looked at her wearingly 

"How would you expect me to believe someone have been married to for years is with me just because of my trust fund,it's insane " I sipped from my drink already feeling tipsy.  

Tipsy isn't a such a bad thing right? I finished my drink and ordered the bar tender to pour more.

"I know right, let's forget about all of your worries tonight and focus on getting you a gorgeous man" Lola told me with a knowing look. 

I should have known it was her plan to hook with up with a stranger , she always hated the idea of Zach being the only man have known.

"When did alcohol start to taste this good?" I asked Lola ordering a new drink.  

Lola laughed like I had been lost all this while "since the beginning" Lola said in a duh tone. “You never went out since you started dating Zach in high school and the one time you sipped alcohol on your wedding day Zach almost ate your head" Lola stated matter of factly. I emptied my drink again and ordered a another.

"I know right? I have been a boring friend, how about we get drunk and do something crazy "Though I wasn't ready just yet, the alcohol was already having its effect on me. 

"Speak for yourself sexist I have a man" Lola wink at me "Oh look at that fine sexy man" 

I traced her eyes down to the most beautiful man I have ever met, he was starring at me intensely and winked at me when he noticed my eyes were on him.    

I felt my body shiver in uncertain ways and quickly averted my gaze back to Lola. My insensitive best friend pulled me to the dance floor as soon as her know favorite song started to play.

Tobi's Pov

My gaze locked with the lady have been trying to get her attention all night, 

I winked at her letting a small smile play at the end of my lip. She followed her not so attractive friend to the dance floor.

God, staring at her dance already give me boner. She swayed her hips to the rhythm of the song slowly and licked her lips. They both seems drunk and the blonde seems to wipe away tears every few minutes.

A tap landed on my shoulder and Jim sat beside me handing me a bottle of beer “Sorry  about Anna, man" Jim said immediately  

I called him because I was never one to hang out in a club alone it's either with Jim or with Anna, now it's just me and Jim.

"Why're you sorry? I was tired of the relationship any ways" I laughed trying to hide my hurt knowing fully well Jim knows me more than that.

Anna was the only lady I had known and loved. We met at a business meeting 7years back and from that moment I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with her but it all changed when I caught her with her manager. If it could get any worse she didn’t even feel remorseful. 

"You've been staring at that blonde, since when has blonde become your type?" Jim asked jokingly. 

True I have never been attracted to any blonde, if anything I hated them, but this blonde seems a little different and I have a feeling she's trouble.

"She's hot but that's it" I defended staring elsewhere away from her.

"Come on man, I know you're hurt with the whole Anna issue and seeing as you have never looked at any other girl since she got you pussywipped, a blondie is a good way to start" 

"She smells of trouble Jim,the last thing I want is getting close to her. Now let's focus on why we're here find a good hot lady with no strings attached and enjoy the rest of the night" .

I glanced back to the blonde and noticed she was talking seductively to a man who clearly is undressing her with his eyes, I felt the urge to go take her with me but refrained as I didn't want her anywhere near me. 

"I think I like that redhead" I said to Jim as my eyes met a girl who had this business only look. The sound of her gum was exceptionally loud, then I thought about how nice it would be with her long nails dug in my skin, me inside her and she screaming my name, but I could bet it wouldn't be as interesting as the blonde. 

"Go for it man" Jim assured me, we did our handshake and I took one last glance at the blonde and there she was making out with the same man and here was I thinking she looked innocent. "Hoe" I said to myself as I approached the redhead. 

I took several uninterested strode and stopped at the redhead who seemed to have already caught an interest in me. She smiled flirtatiously and licked her lips in the process “Hello handsome” She said to me in a loud voice, which seemed normal due to the last music. 

“How about we get out of here, go somewhere private” I said back to her when my eyes caught the blonde dancing unnecessarily close to another man. I wanted nothing than to get out of there immediately and seeing the smug on the man’s face I wished I could wipe it off immediately with a punch. 

“Lead the way, handsome” That was all I needed to hear before I pulled her out of the club.
