Her eyes gently fluttered open as a chill ran through her. She found herself laying on the cool forest floor. Slowly sitting up she looked around before the evenings events played over in her mind. She carefully placed the baskets down as her fingers sorted through the food. There had to be something in here she could feed him. With a sigh he fingers finally fell on a container of mashed potato’s. She quickly pulled it out as well as the BBQ chicken. There trek was slow and painful. Anya did the best she could hiding her pain from Derek’s watchful eyes. She stopped her self only when the sun was high in the sky to eat and check his bandages. She was happy none of them where bleeding through, she however didn’t like the look of her own knees. They where swollen and painful.
