Chapter 26- He died.
When you are given bad news you always need time to process what has just been said and that was what I did.
I just stayed still trying to process what my mother had just said,how could this be?
"Jessica, Jessica can you hear me?". Mom asked, snapping me out of my thoughts as I nodded.
I wasn't prepared for the unexpected news she just gave,even though I didn't like him that much he still supported me at times during hard trials.

I walked into the alley and took out the gun from my backpack,the alley was a bit dark but I saw the two unarmed men that was in the car following me walk into the alley with me and I shook my head at their stupidity, they really no nothing about this place because if they did they won't have come here to meet me. It felt as if I moved an inch that mom would smack my head because I could see how angry she looked, so I stayed put, not breaking eye contact as I spoke."Am not with any gun". I nearly threw up at the sight of a bloody Aunt Laura,her stomach was wide open and I could see the insides of it. I suspected she was cut with a knife.Who could have done such a thing to her? I smiled at my good luck as I dashed towards it and took the shotgun from where it hung on the wall. Aunt Laura must have encountered such events before; if she hung it in her room,I think she was going to get it before they killed her. I think these men knew her well.
