“Are you feeling better?” Yuri entered the room holding a tray of warm soup and some milk. He knew Elaine had not eaten a single thing since last night, she was probably really hungry by now.
Forget about the food, he knew she even hadn’t drunk a drop of water for almost the whole night since she fell asleep almost right after crying.
A girl was standing on the small balcony just out of her window as she looked at the morning scene from there. Clutching a gray sweater around her she looked really small and tiny from behind despite her tall height.
“Yuri!” She turned back when she heard him call her name.
“You—….” Yuri was panic stricken when he saw her on the balcony. Thousands of thoughts ran in his mind about her trying to do something irreversible.
“Get away from there stupid.” Yuri shouted at the smiling girl.
