Alena just got in Edmund's private jet, and she still doesn't know where they are going. She changed into jeans and a v neck shirt before leaving. She sat in front of him, and looked outside as she was so nervous about the all honeymoon thing.   She doesn't know what to do. Did he expect anything from her?   She was nervous. They always had the same rule. One of the things her mother thought was, that they weren't to have sexual relationship with a guy before marriage. Even after her mom, Willa has always been pretty clear with it. Reason why she never wanted a boyfriend. She didn't want to be tempted at a young age. She and Avrielle never complained about that tough, because they believed that's what was right and that's what they believed in.   She looked at Edmund to see him already staring at her. "You look tired. Why don't you go take a rest. There's a bedroom on the back," he said.   She nodded

It's been two days since the party, and Edmund got back to the way he was. He started ignoring Alena again. Alena doesn't know what the hell is wrong with him. She shook her head, and got up to take a shower. Today, she was hanging out with Avrielle and Penelope. Seriously, she doesn't know what's wrong with her husband. She tried talking to him and did everything she could to get his attention. She think she just going to leave him alone for now. She drew a deep breath, and did her makeup, straighten her hair and put her clothes on. She grabbed her purse and phone, then went to her car and started the engine. After 30 minutes of driving, she parked her car, and went inside the restaurant they were supposed to meet at. Penelope and Avrielle were already there. She hugged them both, sat down beside Avrielle, and started talking. "So, how are you doing, Mrs. Cardinal?" Penelope ask

  Alena and Edmund were here in London since yesterday. Alena was currently getting ready for the gala. She finished her hair and makeup, and put her dress on. Edmund walked in the room, wearing a black tuxedo. He stopped and started eyeing her for head to toe while smiling. "You look gorgeous," he complimented her, giving her lips a softly kiss. "Thank you." "Let's go?" She nodded, and he grabbed her waist. When they got there, there was already a lot of people, smiling and laughing.  "Alena," someone called her behind her. She gasped, and turned around to find a smiling Avrielle. What her sister doing here in London? "Avrielle!" She quickly hugged her sister. Beside Avrieele was Lucio, smiling at her. Lucio shook Edmund's hand. "Hey, man." Avrielle greeted

So what? He is just going to walk away like that? No.   Alena followed her husband to the living room.   "Hey!" she said, hitting his back. "What do you take me for?" she asked, glaring at him. "I'm not going to turn my back on my friends just because you want me to."   Edmund glared at her, and was about to speak, but she cut him off. "No. Let me finish — You can't control my life, Edmund James Cardinal. He has more than a friend to me. He has always been like my brother. And you want me to turn my back on him? That's not happening. I'm not going to tell him to leave me alone, and even if you tell him to, that's not going to stop me."   He just looked at her, his face emotionless.   "I'm not Irina," she continued. "So you can't control everything I do."   His face still emotionless. "You do it or I will." His hand reach for her face, but she slapped it away.

  It's been two days. Edmund didn't come into the room, and Alena was glad. Rebecca has been bringing her food but will leave again, locking the door. Rebecca doesn't answer when she was talking to her, even look at her. She doesn't have her phone, so she haven't heard from anyone. She can't stay like this. She have to get the hell out of here.   She went to the walk-in closet, and quickly put leggings, long sleeves shirts and cream eggs. She put a gum in her mouth, and sat on the bed with her book in hands, waiting for Rebecca to bring her diner.   A couple of minutes later, Rebecca finally walked with a tray. "Oh, Rebecca," she said, getting out of bed smiling. But Rebecca didn't say anything. She discretely walked towards the door, took the gum that was in her mouth, and put in the door frame along with a small paper ball.   She looked back at Rebecca to see her still occupied. Good. She smirked at hersel
