Cake shop sanctuary.“Lance?” I plea to him to control himself. “I said RUN!” He screams angrily at me. Yet he said he would never be angry at me. A whimper leaves my wolf as we move just in time as Hong crashes out of the canteen and tackles Lance to the ground. That should buy me some time, but where on earth was I meant to run to?
