Have all of weredom at our feet! No one will be above us!’ ‘except for the King you mean’ ‘oh pish posh! You know what I mean’ Carmen sighs and I feel her crawl to the back of my mind and tune me out. Her constant nagging for this mate is really overbearing, I have come to terms with the fact that I do not have a mate out there, much like Tyler, but if the day ever comes that I do meet my mate, will I have the heart to reject him, that I do not know. Knock knock knock “Come in” “good morning Ms. Astrid, Mr. Noah has asked that you join him for breakfast today and to get ready to head out for some shopping”

I walk absentmindedly over to the balcony and sit just staring mindlessly out at the city, I close my eyes and just take in deep breaths then release, I keep repeating until I feel like I’ve rid myself of all the darkness and heat that I had seen in my vision, I look down at my pale smooth skin and sigh. “What’s the matter?” I jump and gasp “gosh Noah, you almost gave me a heart attack” “since when are you so jumpy, I didn’t exactly sneak up on you, I walked over like I normally do, didn’t you scent me or hear me approach?” “ no, sorry my mind was far away, I was doing some breathing exercises” “something new hmm” “you know me, always keeping up with the new trends, how come you’re back so early?” He raised a surprised eyebrow at me “Ash, it’s almost 17:35, are you sure you’re not sick or something, should I call the doctor?” “wow, my nap lasted a lot longer than I thought, sorry I didn’t check the time when I got up, the nap felt so short” I laughed awkwardly, technically I wasn’t

I get to my room to meet Dayja lounging on my bed, I haven't had her in quite some time seeing as I spend most of my time with Astrid, she's surprised to see me and rushes to her feet when I close the door behind me " My Lord, I did not realize you'd be back so early this time around " " is this a normal thing for you to do Dayja, be in my room lounging around when I'm not here? " she bows " I am sorry sire, it has just been so long since we've shared a bed that doing this made me feel close to you " I stare her up and down, she's quite voluptuous and considering she's a Jabless, she's most certainly beautiful, they are designed to lure men to their end with their beauty but naturally that charm would not work on me. " Strip " she quickly and happily obliges without saying a word, large round perky breasts bounce around as she drops the dress down to her ankles and steps out of it, she's wearing absolutely nothing under it, how tantalizing, I step closer to her and grab her by the th

" Hey, where you off to?" Right Astrid " I've got some urgent business to take care of, I'll see you later. I don't have time for explanations right now, I brush by her and head out, I know I have to use the gateway at my office because if I go into my room she will only pester me. We arrive at the office building and ride the elevator to the top floor were my office and other domain door is, everyone on this floor belong to me so I have no need for formality or greetings when I come and go here, they all seem to be tensed for some reason though. My office door swings open with a bang and I waste no time heading straight to the domain door and stepping through, my commander is waiting a few feet away for me and rushes to me when he sees me " sire, thank Hades you've arrived! we have a problem, le

"" Just over night "" Then I have to go and get a room ready for him and get the pack ready to welcome him "" Calm down Alpha, it's an incognito impromptu visit, just get the room ready, a meal and that is all, no need to go above and beyond, it's not a royal official visit okay? the most important thing is that he's comfortable and get the information needed and most importantly, he does not appreciate she wolves throwing themselves at him or approaching him with any sort of idea of bedding him okay? so be cautious of that "" Noted, thank you Royal Beta for your call, I will get things in place for him right away "" D
