"Help!", My fingertips trailed along the grimy wall of the restaurant as blood flowed out of my mouth. Despite the bruises on the soles of my feet, I limped forward into the light still looking for help. This isn't how I expected my night date with my brother Alex to end. "She is trying to escape", I was immediately grabbed then dragged back to where Alex was. I kicked and thrashed against the hands dragging me, but my body was too weak . Blood loss and exhaustion weighed me down, making every movement sluggish. But still, I refused to give up."Let me go!" My voice was hoarse, my throat raw from screaming. One of the werewolves, a tall brute with a jagged scar running down his chest, turned to me with a smirk. "Looks like the little human still has some power left, let's first deal with this man then later work on her", He meant the words, me and my brother we were unlucky tonight. Before I could move, he grabbed me by my upper arm, then began dragging me to his spot. Several pairs of eyes darted to us, but I didn't dare meet any of them. The ground was covered with animal skins and my feet were already sore.I tried to limp but the werewolf gave me a hard shove, sending me falling to my knees. The light of the fire hit his face in just

Fear coiled in my empty stomach as the werewolves moved toward me. My limbs were too weak to fight back, but that didn’t stop me from trying. I pushed against the ground, attempting to stand, but my knees buckled instantly.Beta Henry clicked his tongue. “Pathetic,” He muttered.A strong hand grabbed my arm and yanked me up. My head spun, black spots dancing in my vision as I was half-dragged, half-carried out of the dungeon. The cold, damp air of my prison was replaced by the warmer, wood-scented corridors of what I assumed was the Alpha’s private quarters.Idris’s quarters. The thought made my skin crawl.I was shoved through a heavy wooden door, and I stumbled forward, barely catching myself. The room was large, dimly lit by a few lanterns. A fireplace crackled in the corner, its warmth a stark contrast to the chill of the dungeon. The space was both luxurious and suffocating, dark furs draped over a massive bed, weapons mounted on the walls, and the lingering scent of him , earthy
