[Avira]"Unity pack." Mira replied with a quivering voice. She was scared, and she did not hide it."Unity pack?" I asked, disbelief written all over me. Mira nodded just as the door was pushed open, and Declan stepped in. Behind him was Declan, who like his brother, looked surprised to see me.Their gaze quickly went to Mira, who for some reason avoided their gaze."What is the war with Unity pack about?" I asked, facing the twins. Instead of responding to my question like I expected, they turned towards Mira, who quickly looked away."You had to open your big mouth, didn't you?" Declan asked with clenched teeth."I asked, I deserve to know the truth." I replied. Mira was trembling, and wouldn't come up with an answer if she had the whole day. "What is the war about?" I asked again, looking from the twins to Mira, and then back to the twins. At this point it didn't matter which of them answered. I just needed an answer

[Mira]I hurried down the hallway, with my heart thumping hard against my chest, following the blasts from outside which sounded more frequent now and wouldn't stop going off.I had thought of protesting against going back to get a key for the bunker, but I knew it would be unwise. There's no way we would be safe outside the bunker, and there was no way we would get in without the keys, or any other key.The lights in the hallway flickered weakly, adding to my fear, and despite myself, I hurried, pushing myself forward towards the royal chambers. My head would turn around quickly the moment the lights came on, and I would take a thorough look at everywhere in a single glance, just before the lights would go off.I let out a heavy sigh when I got to the hallway where the royal bedrooms were located, and I was able to spot Avira's bedroom from the distance.I hurried some more towards Avira's bedroom, and pushed the door open. I dashed insi

[Declan] Dylan and I walked leisurely into Avira's bedroom despite the chaos which was slowly brewing outside. Avira was on her feet when we got in, looking wide-eyed at a trembling Mira. "What is the war with Unity pack about?" She asked, looking from Dylan to me. Her lips quivered slightly as she spoke. I shot Mira an accusing look, but she wouldn't meet my gaze. I hated the fearful look on Avira's face, and I was sure Dylan hated it just as much. He too was staring daggers at Mira's averted face. "You had to open your big mouth, didn't you Mira?" I asked, but Avira was quick to intervene. She didn't have to tell Avira about the unrest outside. It was a minor disturbance, one that could be easily handled by the warriors. I hated that the normalcy we had enjoyed these past days had only managed to be disrupted by these stupid warriors from Unity pack. Normalcy which had returned

[Avira]I watched the whole drama unfold before my very eyes with my heart pounding. I watched as both Gustavus and Antonio were subdued by Unity pack warriors when they tried to defend me. I watched as Declan arrived at the pack, and how willingly and easily he was going to defend me. I watched as Dylan arrived with warriors from TwinMoon pack, and how with Never in my entire life have I felt so loved. In my quest for revenge, I had forced myself to Unity pack without thinking about what would happen next. How could I be so illogical?I only realized too late that I was no match even for the lowest ranking warrior in the pack, let alone for Alpha Vincent, especially with no one else with me.Declan's presence had made my heart glow, and filled me with so much gratitude. Although I was quick to notice that he too was no match for the warriors of Unity pack, it did not dim the happiness I felt for his presence. And just when I th

[Avira] Magnus, an innocent man? That can't be right! He tried to kill me more than twice. Lied against me, turned my family against each other, made Regina a puppet among so many others we will never know about. How can he be innocent after all these crimes? I didn't want him to be innocent. I didn't want to be guilty of calling for the gruesome murder of an innocent man. "That's not possible. He can't be innocent after all the evil things he did and commanded." Declan replied. His voice was harsh. He too didn't want to believe what Alpha Vincent said. My heart was thumping hard against my chest as the possibility of Magnus being innocent crossed my mind. The possibility that I made an innocent man go through the worst kind of death. "How can that be?" Dylan asked. His voice was calm, maybe too calm. "He–" He paused, and looked around for a w
