Aiden’s POVI looked at Ugly, wondering the answer to her questions, the same questions I have been asking myself as well. My eyes went to her lips and I could feel mine tremble, I wanted to kiss her and I was surprised at my urge. It was just the same with that night in the kitchen. I could feel my little brother getting up and it wasn’t helping if her ass was sitting right on it, damn. I gulped and looked down, fighting for control as I said, “because I just want to know.”“Yeah right,” she said and stood up.“UG,” I called just as she was about walking away, standing up as well. “What happened, did something happen at home?”“Why would you ask that?”“Milo said you were sad when you came to him and I overheard Sebastian and Imelda talking as well. Are you going over something? You can share with me, you know?”“Ha ha,” she turned to me. “Share with you and have you laugh at me over it forever? No thanks Aiden, I am perfectly fine.”I could sense the anger, here I am trying to be ni

Milo’s POVI could feel the deathly glare from my best friend when I called Harley sweetie, but I didn’t care. If he is not going to step up on his game then I will gladly push him to. I stared at Harley’s eyes, taking this opportunity to notice that her eyes were a lot bluer than Holly’s even though I hardly see Holly without eyeliner that makes her eyes pop. I really wonder how Harley would look in makeup, no doubt she would be beautiful but I know I like her looks just like this, she is perfect the way she is. My eyes trailed down to her soft succulent lips and I found myself gulping and slightly licking my lips.“Where is this restaurant?” Amber asked, calling me out of my thinking and to be honest, I was glad she did. God, what is wrong with me?I smiled at her, “downtown.”“Where downtown?” she asked.“Downtown,” I repeated and she growled softly with a roll of her eyes. She really is a handful but after yesterday, I was beginning to understand her and she doesn’t seem as tough

Harley’s POVMy heart leaped to my throat when I heard Holly’s voice and it seemed Aiden felt the same way for he stiffened as well. His action made me feel like we were doing something bad and about to be caught. Come to think of it, we were doing something bad and the realization felt like a lightning bolt to me and I shrugged out of Aiden’s hold. However, he wouldn’t have that for he pulled me into his arms again. I glared at him and he shrugged but didn’t let me go.“I know you are in there and could probably hear me so I am going to say it anyway,” Holly said. “Mom called, she wanted to complain about you that you are not back home yet.”I rolled my eyes on hearing what she heard to say, of course, why else would she be looking for me?“Anyways, I told her you were with me and that somehow seemed to have infuriated her the more. She said you knew you were grounded and yet you went out.”“And let me guess, you didn’t defend me as usual. You just let her yell and yell and yell till

Aiden’s POVMy hand tightened on UG’s shoulder when I saw my friend and when I saw the obvious shock on his face on seeing me, I couldn’t help the smirk that appeared on my lips. I saw the way he glanced from me to UG, obviously asking what is going on and then UG said, “Don’t even ask.”“He doesn’t need to, I will tell him,” I said, bringing his gaze to me. “We are partners,” I smiled and I almost choked in laughter when I saw the shock on his face and how his eyes almost popped out of his sockets. Oh man, I love good jokes, only that, it actually felt real to me other than a joke. UG and I, partners and not just for some school project but as a couple, what the…?“For class project,” UG was explaining before I could even understand what was happening. I glanced at her and she was frowning at me. However, like always, her eyes didn’t linger on me for long as she took them back to my friend. “Ms. Riley partnered us up for our history project,” she shrugged.“Oh,” Milo chuckled, “that’

Aiden’s POVI lay on my bed thinking of my time with UG in her room. I don’t know why I said what I said but I could feel deep in my heart that I have every intention to keep it. The way she left me for Milo was still attacking me and hell, I would do anything to make her choose me like that. I am not stupid, I know I have grown a soft spot for her. Hell, I may have always had a soft spot for her but just didn’t want to admit it. The first time I came to this town, she was the first girl I noticed and I have always noticed her ever since then. I know when she is not class, when she is not in school, when she is in the cafeteria and I also memorized her calendar like mine. I know which class she was having and I was always looking forward to the ones we share together.Come to think of it, I always know more about her than even Holly. Although I may have learnt those things about her so that I can bully her but if I am being honest to myself, I have never really hated UG. Hell, I don’t
