EMPTY EYES

~EVERETT~The main academic building was packed with students. As I walked through the long stone corridor toward the central lecture hall, the loud buzz of dozens of overlapping conversations filled the air. But as soon as my boots clicked against the floor, the voices around me changed.Students pulled back against the walls, pointing at me and whispering loudly behind their hands. They didn't even try to hide it."Look, there he is..." a female Beta whispered with a nasty smirk."Is that the Omega Knox was playing with?" an Alpha student replied loudly, chuckling. "Man, look at him. He looks like a pathetic, rejected dog.""What did he expect?" another girl mocked, adjusting her silk scarf. "Did he really think an Elite Captain like Knox would actually choose a nobody over Lady Valerie? She's royalty for fucks sake! He was just a little side toy to keep Knox entertained.""I heard Knox didn't even look at him in the courtyard yesterday. Completely ignored him!"The harsh words b

WOUNDED PRIDE

~EVERETT~"Knox is a coward!" I screamed at the top of my lungs, my voice echoing down the entire length of the high-ceilinged corridor. "He is a liar! He is a fake, spineless dog who hides behind his noble family name! He used me, he lied to me, and he's too much of a bitch to even look me in the eye!""I hope he rots in hell! I hope both him and his fake, snobby bride suffer every single day of their pathetic lives! GO TO HELL!" I screamed back, my fists clenching so hard my nails dug bloody half-moons into my palms. The silence in the hallway was so serious it felt like cold lead pressing down on my chest.Every single student lining the stone walls were either kneeling or standing completely still. Nobody moved. Nobody gasped. Nobody even seemed to breathe. My lungs burned from screaming at Jax and Miller, my throat raw and stinging, with my hands shaking violently at my sides. Then suddenly, a slow, rhythmic click-clack of sharp high heels echoed against the marble floor and

ERRATIC OMEGA

~EVERETT~"Are you looking for these?" a quiet, sad voice asked from the corner of the room.I whipped my head around, wiping the tears from my eyes.Nicky was standing near the small wooden table. His face was pale, his eyes red and swollen from crying, and in his right hand, he was holding the small, dark glass bottle of suppressants tightly."Nicky!" I gasped out, crawling across the cold stone floor on my hands and knees toward him. I reached out my trembling hands, tears pouring down my face in thick streams. "Give them to me! Nicky, please! Give me the bottle!"Nicky took two quick steps backward, holding the bottle against his chest. "No, Everett. I can't do that.""Nicky, please!" I screamed, my voice cracking in pure agony as I reached his feet, grabbing the fabric of his trousers. "I need them! My chest is burning! I can't breathe! The pain... it's tearing me apart, Nicky! Just give me two pills! Please, I'm begging you on my knees!""No, Everett! Stop it!" Nicky sobbed,

FORCED

~KNOX~"Sign it, Knox. Now."My Uncle Zeth's deep, rough voice echoed through my private living room like a heavy iron blade dragging across stone. He stood beside the shiny table in the center of the room, his massive arms crossed over his thick chest, his dark Alpha aura spreading out outward in suffocating waves. Standing right next to him was Lord Mathias, Lady Valerie's father, holding a thick roll of official parchment in his gloved hands. He had an arrogant, disgusted smirk plastered across his face.Between them on the wooden table lay the paper, it was a binding, legal engagement contract. Once my signature was on that parchment, I would be legally bound to Valerie, and I would lose every single right to back out of the arrangement."I'm not signing it," I growled, my jaw locked tight, my fists trembling at my sides. "I told you yesterday. I won't do it."Behind me, Jax and Miller stepped forward, their faces pale but set with conclusion."Lord Zeth, please," Jax spoke up,

CRAVING HIM

PLAYLIST: WYD NOW? By Sadie Jean~KNOX~"Oh, Knox, darling!" Valerie squealed, gliding over to me with a bright, fake smile. "I knew you would make the right choice! I promise you, I am going to make you so happy!"She reached out to wrap her arms around my neck, but I took a step back, staring at her with pure hatred in my eyes.Lord Mathias rolled up the signed contract and tucked it safely inside his coat. He turned his cold gaze onto me, his expression turning dark and terrifying."You had better take exceptional care of my daughter, Knox," Lord Mathias warned, pointing a long, sharp finger at my chest. "If I hear even a single rumor that you have mistreated her, or if that filthy Omega ever gets near you again, I will personally see to it that Everett and his entire family are hunted down and erased from this earth. Do you understand me?"Without waiting for an answer, Lord Mathias turned on his heel and walked out of the room. Uncle Zeth gave me one last stern, unfeeling look b

For His Sake

~KNOX ~Knox... please... The Everett in my mind moaned, and I began to stroke my cock harder. But the moment the feeling built in my chest, a sudden, brutal realization crashed through my mind like a blow.Everett wasn't here. The air in the room was freezing cold. The scent surrounding me wasn't sweet cinnamon and rain, it was the harsh, bitter smell of iron and chemical soap. But I was alone, Everett was not here to comfort me. I couldn't hold him, I couldn't kiss him, I couldn't tell him he was mine.I snapped my eyes open and looked into the dark mirror. I was standing alone in a cold, empty bathroom. The fantasy instantly turned into pure, toxic poison. The physical touch brought no pleasure at all. Instead, a wave of intense disgust and gut-wrenching agony rushed through my veins. Touching myself without him felt wrong. It felt dirty. It felt like a sick reminder of everything I had lost."He's not here..." I choked out, my voice cracking into a pathetic, ragged sob. "He's

Putting on an Act

~KNOX~I had to tolerate her touch. I had to endure it for Everett's sake. Only for my Everett's sake.We stepped out into the grand stone hallway of the academy. The corridor was already packed with students heading to their morning classes. The moment we stepped into view, the loud chatter instantly died down. Then whispers swept through the crowd like wildfire. Students stopped in their tracks, staring at Valerie clinging to my arm, smiling like a proud queen showing off her prize."Look at them..." a student whispered nearby."Is it true? Are they really officially engaged?""I guess that low-ranked Omega was just a temporary distraction after all..."Every rumor cut through me, but I kept my eyes fixed straight ahead, forcing my feet to keep moving. All I could think about was Everett. Is he okay? Did he eat anything? Is he crying alone in his room?Suddenly, raised, hysterical shouting echoed from around the corner of the main courtyard archway."He's a liar!" a cracked, de

Something just snap

~KNOX~After walking away from a distraught-looking Everett, The rest of the morning passed in a suffocating gloomy fog.I sat in the back of the lecture hall, staring blankly at the oak desk in front of me. I didn't open a notebook. I didn't pick up a pen. And the professor's voice was nothing more than meaningless background noise, rising and falling like distant wind. Next to me, Valerie was chattering endlessly, leaning into my shoulder, showing off the polished engagement ring on her finger to anyone who walked by.But I didn't hear a single word she said.Every time I closed my eyes, all I saw was Everett's ruined, tear-stained face. Every time I took a breath, I heard his voice cracking into those awful, ragged screams in the hallway: Knox is nothing but a spineless, lying dog! He used me! He threw me away like garbage! My chest throbbed with a physical, sickening ache. My soul felt like it was being ground into fine dust between two massive stones. I wanted to scream. I

Unbearable

~KNOX ~I kicked off the ice with explosive Alpha speed, sprays of white ice flying behind my skates like a snowstorm. Before Blake could even raise his stick to defend himself, I lunged forward and grabbed him by the front of his jersey with both hands.I drove my full weight directly into his chest, charging him across the ice at terrifying speed.BOOM!I slammed Blake's body directly into the thick glass wall at the edge of the rink. The huge effect echoed through the arena like a cannon shot. The reinforced glass spiderwebbed with tiny cracks, rattling violently in its iron frame. Blake let out a sickening gasp as the wind was completely knocked out of his lungs, his helmet flying off his head, his eyes rolling back as he slid down the glass onto the ice like a ragdoll."BLAKE!" Damon screamed in horror. "ARE YOU CRAZY?! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"I spun around on my skates, my heaving chest rising and falling, my fangs extended so far they scraped against my lower lip.Damon backed

The outcast

~KNOX ~"Every second I can't reach him feels like a knife turning in my chest! He called me a coward... he called me a liar... and I had to stand there and let him believe it! I had to look into his eyes and pretend he was a stranger! If I can't tell him the truth... if I can't make him understand that I'm doing this to keep him alive... I swear to Goddess I am going to kill myself!" I vowed. The room went dead quiet, save for the sound of my rough, desperate gasps.Jax looked at me, his dark eyes wide with shock. He had known me my entire life. He had seen me fight in wars, he had seen me face death without flinching, but he had never seen me broken like this.Miller buried his face in his hands, letting out a long, serious groan. "There has to be something we can do. We can't just let him rot like this."Jax stayed completely still on his knees for a long moment, staring down at the bloody iron charm locked around my wrist. His jaw tightened, his brow furrowing as a sudden, sharp
