She scanned the red box that was on the table. This box was sized and straightforward, only about thirty centimeters. But Queenie had seen a lot of magic from this box. Queenie slowly opened the box. Everything looked like before. There was a book with a gold covering. She opened the book. The first page was empty now! No more warning posts there. Then Queenie opened the second page. The page that was before empty now contained some text. Queenie frowned. This book could change according to the conditions that happened. Queenie started to read the text on the second page of the book.

I run my hand over it before propping it open. 'How to refine your magic: A Complete Guide'. "Hmmm…" I purse my lips together. Could this actually be the answer to all of my prayers? Gods, I hoped so. Closing the book, I flip the book over. Weirdly enough, there's no barcode on the back of it, nor on the inside cover when I flip it open again. Had someone left this here on accident? I tuck it close to my chest. Well, finder's keepers, right?

When I got it I climbed down the stairs . The book had an old leather cover, the edge of the pages were worn out, yellow in colour. It looked like a journal. There was dust on it. I opened the books. The book was written in several languages. It looked like spells. Below every spell there was an English translation. I was going through the book when my eyes fell on a spell. It was a spell to find things or places. According to the journal, if we recite the spell three times while thinking about the object or place the book will show the vision of the location.

The earlier I start, the closer I’ll get to leaving this place. I struggle to stand, my legs stiff from hours of sitting in one spot. “Ah,” I cry out softly, finding the light switch and turning it on. Damn. My eyes widen in disbelief. This place looks like an ancient library. The room is small, it belongs to a child, but the aesthetics tell me that the child studied endlessly.
