Mom said as she drew Ola into a gentle hug. I walked over to the corner of the room where a little shelf was placed, I pulled out the big, black familiar book. It was my dad's most cherished belonging, his Bible. I opened to his favourite verse, walked over to my mom and handed it to her. 2 Corinthians 5:6-8: "So we are always of good courage. We know that while we are at home in the body we are away from the Lord, for we walk by faith, not by sight. Yes, we are of good courage, and we would rather be away from the body and at home with the Lord."

"In Jeremiah 30, verse 17, he says he will restore you to health and heal your wounds, declares the Lord." "Deuteronomy 31:6 also says that we should not be afraid or terrified because of them, because the Lord your God is with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you and according to Mark 10:27, Jesus glanced at them and remarked, 'With man, it is impossible, but not with God' For with God, anything is possible, so why don't you lean on Him? Things may not be going well for you right now, but strive to find peace within yourself and you will enjoy your time here on Earth."

We captured it all in photos and videos, creating countless happy memories. While we were traveling, I unexpectedly learned that Gabriel had committed suicide in the psychiatric hospital. He had left all of his assets to Adrian. I found that money disgusting, so I donated it to several orphanages, hoping these children could find a rare bit of warmth in this cruel world. As for me, I would hold my family's hands and spend the rest of my life happily as their cherished daughter.

( Lily Charm POV's) Joeff is looking at me again. I wonder what’s the problem of this guy. I just winked at him. We are just going to tease each other for six months. And listening to all the words Father keeps on saying, we won’t fulfill any of them, even one. My brother entered. Then he read the bible passage. After a brief silence “Conversely, we possess the heavenly ability to destroy fortresses.” Nancy touches the bath towel and rubs it over her face as the memories rush back. "We demolish arguments and every pretense that sets itself against the actual knowledges of God and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ." She proceeds with her proclamation. I didn’t have a scripture in mind, so I just opened a scripture and looked to read. “Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body 1 Corinthians 6:18” I quickly snapped the bible shut. I got down on my knees with my elbows on the bed and I brought my hands together. “Father, forgive me, for I have sinned again.” I pressed my eyes shut tight. My heart was beating fast.

"I got this when I was fourteen with my mom, 'cause I got straight A's that year. The law in Pennsylvania has changed since, but at the time, one could get a tattoo at fourteen, so long as a parent consents and is present. She got one at the same time on her shoulder. Hers says 2nd Corinthians 5:17. "Damn, that's pretty sweet man! So what do the verses say?" "Well, Romans 3:23 says: 'For all have sinned, and fallen short of the glory of God.' While 2nd Corinthians 5:17 says: 'This means that anyone that belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life has gone; the new life has come.' "That's right. You did say you were raised in a Christian family. That's pretty cool, dude. You and y

Timotheus was confused for a while. “Or the letters since the numbers were in successive form.” Xol suggested. “Let's settle with the letters,” Ferran decided. “1… 2… 3…” Blair counted and they ended up with a certain word. “...world.” Czaquira immediately wrote the word beside the codes. “Rom… Rom… Romans 12:12!” Timotheus quickly found verse and counted again. “Hope,” She said. “Second Corinthians?” Ferran asked while looking at the last one they needed to decipher.
