Chapter 5 Ezra “Where is he?!” I ask fuming with rage to the first individual I spot, the fear-struck Bronze Hunter points me in the direction of the library and I take off without a word of thanks. I reach the library and shove the double doors open with enough force to cause the solid oak to groan from the impact of hitting the wall. “What the fuck were you thinking?” I ask Ryker who is leisurely enjoying a drink while reading the inside of some blue binder. “Why the fuck is the name of that female on the raid application?!”

Despite her words, Felicity was still smiling, clearly used to her friends’ questions. Lucy took out the book she’d gotten at Alex’s bookstore. “You have a great selection of old-school romances. I couldn’t believe it when I saw this one on your shelf.” “You were in the store? I must’ve been on break.” Alex took the book and started laughing. “I know this one! The cover is fantastic. Look at the unicorn in the corner. Why the hell is there a unicorn? It’s set in New Orleans in 1885!” “Do you ever need a reason for unicorns?” said Gwen.

Her father shook his head while patting her head, “Not today. I wanted to spend some time with you. I feel bad for spending all my time at work. You won’t be mad at dad for choosing to spend time with you this morning, right?” Yuna smiled sincerely, “No, I don’t mind.” Her father looked at the cover of her book to find that she was reading about the Country of Ezra. He was shocked by the level of the book she was reading. This book was written for literary scholars that were in their 20s. She was just barely 12 years old. He couldn’t help but feel proud of his smart daughter.

Carol hugged me "Hey bae." I chuckled "You wanna cut your hair too?" She asked "Yeah changing my hair color to black again I think." I said and she nodded "I'm kinda tired to see you in brown." She chuckled and we both go to the salon. Cutting our hair and I finished first since Carol make her hair ombre like Dahyun from Twice in Ooh Ahh. I walked to the bookstore to check out another book. I was hoping to get a really good book. "Amanda?" Suddenly someone called me, it's Andre

Toby asked with an etched eyebrow, watching Yara pull out a big sized novel from the shelf and Barnes smile proudly. "Thatweird_author." she replied, holding the novel up to his eye level. A bestseller mystery- thriller, crime fiction novel with the name written boldly on it 𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐒 𝐇𝐎𝐏𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐒 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐒 -𝐌𝐔𝐑𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐈𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍. "Barnes books?" Toby asked, a smile rested on his face as Yara looked at him in perplexity.

The End Author's notes: Wow, what a fucking wild ride folks. Please exit left, fix your hair, and take a deep breath. I know you guys have been waiting patiently, and now that this ride is over. I am going to take a small break for my baby girl and my momma's birthday this upcoming week. I will start updating book 4 on November 3, 2025! See you guys there!

I was so over this crap, I just wanted Charlie back in my arms, it was horrible with her being so far away “You are supposed to be my brother, do you not want to help me?” “It’s not that I don’t want to help, I just think we might be falling into a trap” Kayla comes quickly into the office carrying a large book, she looks flustered as she slams the open book down on the table sending bits of dust everywhere and making me cough. Kayla apologises and asks if we have heard about the one to rule them all. I look at Alexander and he looks just as puzzled as me “What do you mean the one to rule them all?”
