Rejected By My Mate, Claimed By Lycan Quadruplets

Rejected By My Mate, Claimed By Lycan Quadruplets

Third person POV Enzo’s chest tightened as the roar of the crowd echoed in his ears, drowning every thought but the sight of Lisa sprawled in the middle of the bloodied ring. Her body looked lifeless, her chest rising and falling shallowly, her skin pale and slick with sweat. For a brief, chilling moment, he thought her spirit had already left her body. Without a second’s hesitation, he broke through the circle, shoving aside the wolves who crowded too close, his boots echoing against the wooden floor of the ring box as he reached her.

The Two Kings and the Lost Elder

The Two Kings and the Lost Elder

Third Person's POV It's so dark. Why didn't they turn the lights on this time? The pain is unbearable, and he screams as they break his leg. It's been too long since he's eaten or drank anything; his scream comes out broken and airy. Red hot pain shoots through his body as they sink their fangs into his skin and forcefully drink what little blood he has left. He feels his body become even weaker as they drink what little life he has left. Somehow, he knows this time this is it; they'll go too far, and he'll never see her again. A tear rolls down his face, and he screams one last scream for her, screaming her name, “EVELYN!” Nadja screamed as he sat up, gasping for air as he reached for her.

This also allows the Werewolf King to see what is happening to his people and take action to correct it. While this book is still in progress, and I am not aware of where she will take this. It would, in my opinion, benefit the werewolves to have a king and higherarchy with regulations set in place.

This is a great book!!! I love the storyline & the depth of the characters. I've read all Abigail's books but this could be read on its own. I really love seeing characters grow and mature, find their mates, help them thru trauma. I am excited to read this book everyday, its a highlight of my day!

A Second Chance

A Second Chance

My eyes were wide awake, my heartbeat quickened and I was sweating profusely. I breathed in deeply as my eyes adjusted to my environment. I was here. 'I am safe' I scanned the room, my eyes finally landing on the bed. I touched the empty side of the bed and wondered where he went. I slowly got out of bed. I heard gunshots from the park downstairs and figured out he would be there. I took my coat as I left for the park. It was dark when I stepped out and his figure immediately caught my eye. He stood on the grass shooting multiple times at the hard wood. I stood by him but he didn't seem to notice me because he kept shooting.

Delivered To The Alpha King

Delivered To The Alpha King

Third Person Point Of View. Nemesis woke up to the gentle symphony of rustling leaves, her head throbbing as though it had endured the relentless strikes of a hammer. Slowly sitting up, she found herself surrounded by a dense forest, immediately recognizing it as the domain of the werewolves. Confusion clouded her mind as she attempted to piece together the fragments of her memory. The vampire lord's realm remained the last vivid recollection before awakening in this unfamiliar setting. A surge of disappointment washed over her, leaving her with a lingering sense of unease.

Bound by the Moon, Fated by Destiny

Bound by the Moon, Fated by Destiny

His deep visible gaze spelt danger for me and I couldn't help but wonder what lies beneath his long black gleaming hair. Third person's point of view "Argh! Argh!" She screamed, her screams sending everything inside the dark chamber crumbling down to dust. Her eyes shined darker than the night. Her dark eyes rested on the siphon witches that stood before her, eyes buried to the marble floors not daring to look up.

My Enemy [BL]

My Enemy [BL]

Third Person Pov Frank let out a slow breath, as if he had been mulling something over and finally came to the conclusion that there was no point in holding back anymore. He leaned slightly forward, hands clasped tightly between his knees, staring intently at the road as it slipped by under the streetlights.

MARRIAGE OF CONVENIENCE

MARRIAGE OF CONVENIENCE

Third person’s point of view As the sun set behind the city skyline, Helen sat nervously on the couch in her best friend Tiger's living room. She fidgeted with her fingers as she waited for him to come back from the kitchen with their drinks. "Here you go," Tiger said, handing her a glass of wine before sitting down next to her. Helen took a sip and tried to calm her nerves. She had been rehearsing what she was going to say to Mark for weeks, and now that the moment had arrived, she felt tongue-tied.

THE HEARTLESS BILLIONAIRE

THE HEARTLESS BILLIONAIRE

Narrator's Point Of View FLASHBACK DECADES AGO. Ina stood frozen, her eyes fixated on the sight before her. She could feel her heart pounding inside her chest as she watched her best friend, Ali, and the man she loved the most, Tim, interacting intimately. They held hands, and Tim whispered sweet nothings into Ali's ear, causing her to giggle and blush. Ina's mind was reeling as she tried to process what was happening. She had suspected something was between them, but seeing it with her own eyes was a different matter altogether. The realization that her two closest people had been keeping a secret from her was overwhelming. As she struggled to control her emotions, Ali and Tim turned to fac

Frequently Asked Questions

Reading a story in second person feels like being handed a script where you're the protagonist—whether you want to be or not. It's jarring at first, especially if the character's choices clash with your own instincts. But when it works, like in 'Choose Your Own Adventure' books or experimental lit like 'If on a winter’s night a traveler,' it creates this intimate, almost conspiratorial bond between narrator and reader. You aren’t just observing; you’re being nudged into complicity. The downside? It can feel gimmicky if overused, like a magician revealing their tricks too soon. Some writers lean on it to force emotional reactions, but the best ones make it feel inevitable, like you’ve stepped into someone else’s daydream.

That said, second person shines in horror or surrealism—think 'House of Leaves' or 'The Fifth Season.' When the text whispers 'you' as walls close in, the dread becomes personal. It’s less about immersion and more about confrontation. Video games like 'Disco Elysium' borrow this too, blurring lines between player and character. But in quieter stories? It risks feeling like an overbearing tour guide. I once read a romance novel that used 'you' for the love interest, and wow, did it backfire—nothing kills chemistry like being told how you’re supposed to swoon.
