Her pale hand instantly scraped the ground, drawing red blood. Ignoring the uproar, he stormed out of the hall like a lunatic. By this time, I was already lying on a private medical jet bound for Zurich. Ethan sat beside me, watching the heart rate curve on the monitor return to normal while tightly holding my icy hand. He whispered, "Nicola, welcome back. You're free from now on."

The gates of hell are opened for us by Stone and we all walk in together. The scenery is the same as Saturday night, blaring music, dark but lit up with LED lights in some areas, changing colors with the music, and of course topless women everywhere. Alina and Ellie previously told us that they’ll be hanging out with us for the first hour and then they need to go off to work. I’m trying to be more open-minded this time around and have fun for the sake of my best friend.

“This day had practically dragged. So much work that we still have to do. But we’ve managed to solve the system’s problems. Some strange malware just infected everything. But we are almost finished. Now I’m here, in my room, preparing for a boring meeting, and all I think about is you. Sweetie, you’re the only image in my head. I feel like I’m seeing you in this room, naked in my bed, making sweet love to me. I wish I was there, with you. I wish you were here, with me. Being away is driving me insane. I’ll be coming home soon and I swear to you that I’ll never be apart from you ever again.”

*Fourth day of excavation* Aaron has not left the devastated area for four days in a row. An expert excavation team, complete with all its equipment and crew, has been summoned, excavating a mirage as they turned the earth on its heels without finding any trace of poison. Aaron stood in the midst of the desolation, looking around with cloudy, confused eyes, as tiredness, exhaustion, lack of food and sleep had all but calmed him down.

When he got to where I was, he held out the tool for me to see clearly "Please." I continued struggling against the bindings desperately. When he reached out to grab my arm, I suddenly froze, closing my eyes and turning my face away. "You Thompsons have heartlessly killed so many of our kind. You killed even those who never killed a human for centuries. You've tortured us and hunted us like Prey." Venom dripped from his voice. The darkness in his eyes intensified as he trailed the knife over my skin teasingly. I couldn't stop trembling in utter terror.

I had not decided to listen to whom when I heard the footsteps again, descending the stairs. Tiptoeing I went down where I saw him drinking Vanilla Milkshake. I felt a little happy as I was the one who had made it. He soon went out of my sight and I noticed him going towards the study. Picking up the last amount of audacity left in me I followed him. When I entered I found him resting his head on the back of the chair and that's when I saw his face after 11 days of hell. Do you know how many seconds are there in 11 days? I know. 950, 400 seconds. So for me I faced hell for 950, 400 seconds.
