“With what time exactly? You’ve got an hour and thirty minutes until nine, Dot.” Work. Shit. I’d completely forgotten.

Theodore said. “Chantel will be okay,” I assured him. “When do you think it will be appropriate to leave?” Theodore asked. “Is it morning or evening?” I asked because the curtain in the room was black and thick, which stopped rays of light from penetrating into the room. “It is almost nine o'clock PM,” Chantel replied. “We can't go today again, except we are not far from the Citadel,” I said, hoping to get the distance from them. “We are a solid two hours away from the Citadel,” Theodore said.

I asked. "The war isn't going to happen, that's enough reason for everyone to be happy." He replied calmly. "Silly me, how didn't I think of that?" I asked rhetorically. "How long do we have left before the event starts?" He looked at the golden watch on his wrist, "Six hours." He said. "Six hours is a pretty long wait when you have nothing to do but wait for a dreadful event, isn't it? Can we head back now? I'll need to pick a dress." I said.

“How are you?” “I’m good, heading out the door for the gym. What can I do for you?” I ask as I open my door, look to my right to make sure Immi’s door is closed. It is. Good. “Just reminding you there is a shoot for Tag Heuer tomorrow. You haven’t forgotten have you? It’s a nine a.m start.” I haven’t forgotten. Another reason I don’t particularly want to drink tonight, although God knows I could do with getting a few drinks inside me. FEHINTOLA NEXT DAY 26th December, 12:00pm “Hmm,” I groaned as I turned in bed. I turned and laid facing down. My body ached all over from all the work and partying from yesterday, I reached out for my phone and turned it on. Twelve o’clock, I’m lowkey pissed I’m awake right now, I didn’t sleep until past six this morning and I promised myself I was going to wake up by six in the evening, so tell me why I’m awake now. I let my phone fall back on the bed as I adjusted myself well to pick up my sleeping journey from where I stopped.

"I understand that. It's graduation week tomorrow. Are you nervous? Excited?" "Yeah, both. But you'll be there again, right?" Adom nodded his head, "I'll be there." "Hmm, What time is it?" "Nine in the morning. And, you've got something on your schedule, right?" "Yes but today's supposed to be quick. Just half day for me. But I need to go in about an hour. I don't want to be late because I'm sure Warne will give me another earful. You left so many marks on me."

46pm: Nope. Me, 9.47pm: Clearly. Jude, 9.48pm: I’ll see you tomorrow, night. Me, 9.49pm: Night too. Tomorrow, the last day before break. I can’t wait.

I said and waited for her reply, which came instantly. "Yeah, I’m busy too. Bye, Jay." She said and disconnected the call. I looked around the room, it was a wreck. I couldn't pack up the entire mess in such a short period of allotted time, so I went for the most important thing. I sat back on my couch, picked up a new bottle of beer from the crate, found my remote under an ugly pillow, and switched to N*****x. I still had a lot of hours until evening and I wasn't going to waste my remaining vacation time in packing. Not when I could always abandon them, and travel empty-handed. For all I care, the housekeeper could burn everything.
