She stared at it.
Then answered.
“Hello?”
A familiar, breezy voice poured through the line. “Fedora! It’s Beauty.”
Fedora froze.
“Oh… hi.”
“I’ve been meaning to call,” Beauty said. “Listen, I was upset, yes. I mean… you touched my fiancé and called him by another man’s name in front of everyone. Awkward.”
