The Secretly Rich Man

The Secretly Rich Man

“From what I’ve managed to gather up till this point, the killer was never a human, but instead, a grudgeful ghost!” “…Come again? A grudgeful ghost? Are you absolutely sure, Mr. Crawford? This isn’t exactly a minor case,” replied Harold in a slightly doubtful tone. Truth be told, Harold didn’t really believe in ghosts. However, with so many supernatural occurrences happening before his very eyes, what other choice did he have but to believe?

It's a good book as far as I have read so far. I'm getting discouraged, though. I'm running out of patience and time for these types of stories. "Neverending" stories where some chapters repeat themselves for some reason or other drives me bunkers. Just saying. I prefer shorter stories.

The Ghost Astrology

The Ghost Astrology

Liliana did not believe her, and immediately wanted to reject it, at that moment, a strange voice came from outside. "Welcome to the Eternal Land, I hope you guys will have a fun and amazing time at Eternal Academy." Liliana was so excited when hearing that. "Oh my God! Olivia, you're right! Did you learn through astrology or spiritual arts or something? " Olivia didn't say anything. She took Liliana's hand directly and dragged her to the door. Through the doorway, Olivia and Wiliana could see Pure was talking to someone. That was an old woman, probably ten thousand years old.

RENAISSANCE WEREWOLF

He snapped his fingers and vanished from the living room. As Pascal arrived on campus, he heard boisterous cheers emanating from a particular direction. Intrigued, he made his way towards the source of the commotion. However, something caught his eye - a ghostly figure standing in a corner, staring at him with a lifeless expression. Pascal frowned and wondered if this was the doing of Ghost.

Burn Loot

Burn Loot

Then, from the darkness, a figure emerged. The Ghost. He was older, but his presence was as formidable as ever. His piercing blue eyes locked onto Dino, assessing, calculating. “You’ve grown,” the ghost said. His voice was rough, but there was something else there—a trace of regret. Dino didn’t waste time on pleasantries. “Why now?” The ghost exhaled. “Because you’re not just fighting a war, Dino. You’re fighting a trap.” Dino’s eyes narrowed. “Explain.”

THE PRIDE OF JUSTICE

She called out, her voice echoing eerily in the vast emptiness. "Ghost?" she whispered, her voice barely a sound. A chuckle, low and sardonic, filled the darkness. Then, a single figure emerged from the shadows. Tall and shrouded in darkness, its face hidden beneath a hood, this was Ghost.

Taken by my stepfathers

"You’ve cleared the site. You’ve removed the threats. Why are you still looking for ghosts?" He gripped my waist, his fingers digging into the fabric of my dress. "Because ghosts are the only things that can walk through walls, Eden. And Silas Vane is the best ghost in the business." "I haven't seen him; I doubt I'll see him while I'm indoors," I said, the lie tasting like copper in my mouth. "He’s just a name in a file to me now."

Until The Last Day

Until The Last Day

The dust from the stranger rose into the air, swirling into a shape she recognized—The ghost. His face was thin, pale, and endless. His voice echoed from every direction at once. “You killed one, but I am many,” the ghost whispered. “I am every fear you refused to confront and every truth you refused to speak.” Vincent’s claws shook with tension as he spoke. “You don’t belong here either.” The ghost smiled. “Neither do you.” He raised his hand, and the sky tore open to reveal a red storm filled with faces—thousands of brides all screaming, with their mouths stitched shut.

The Kings Mate

The Kings Mate

I could access my wolf’s power. The first time I have seen a ghost it had been a woman with a long crimson dress and red hair floating at the other side of the cabin’s doors just waiting. I was scared, at first I wanted to run but then I noticed she didn't move, she didn’t attach. She was just staring at me, so I went closer she was beautiful. But she was also dead and before she had the chance to even touch me, Will was behind me talking over my head at the ghost who was now smiling with fondness.

Destined Bond: The Possession Of Mr. Ghost

Destined Bond: The Possession Of Mr. Ghost

Elowen screamed, then looked around wildly, her voice trembling as she muttered, "Ms. Ghost, if you’re still safe, respond to me…" She waited and waited, but the familiar cold presence never returned. Her heart felt as if it had plunged straight into an abyss. Her body went limp, sliding down until she collapsed onto the floor. Lucien saw her reaction and immediately knew that the ghost had truly disappeared. He burst into loud laughter, cold and hollow, like a wraith crawling up from hell. He leaned close to her ear and whispered, "See that? Your lover was sent to hell by your own hands. This is all because of you."

The Ghost Husband’s Deal

The Ghost Husband’s Deal

In the moonlight, a woman in a white lace dress was kneeling on the stone steps of the chapel, her face buried in her hands, her shoulders trembling. She had no feet. Below her dress, there was only a swirling black mist. "I see her." Lorenzo let out a low whistle. "Two years ago, Marco put her in the ground right there. Her ashes are buried under the rose bushes behind the chapel." I didn't stop, walking straight toward the chapel. Giovanni froze behind me but didn't dare to call out. As I reached the bottom of the steps, the female ghost's head snapped up. She lunged at me, her face a sickly pale green, her eye sockets empty black pits.
