After The Divorce: Ex-Husband Regrets And Begs Me

After The Divorce: Ex-Husband Regrets And Begs Me

Lysander's arm tightens around me, just a little. "And on the thousandth time, I walked away. I walked away and I did not look back. I signed the divorce papers and I terminated the pregnancy and I got on a plane and I came home." I feel tears prick my eyes but I do not let them fall. I have cried enough over Kier Thornwell. I have shed enough tears to fill an ocean. I am done crying.

After The Divorce

After The Divorce

Arianna It's been two weeks since my divorce was finalized, and I haven't had the time to enjoy myself as much as I would love to; work keeps me busy and keeps me from thinking about how I finally got my freedom from the Milian family. After all the back and forth with Jacob suddenly ended, who would’ve thought things were that easy? Lying on the bed, I felt that Lucia and I deserved a night out to drink and dance the night away. I've been slaving away at my job since I got it, and I need some girls' time.

After Divorce, I Became A Hotshot Lawyer

After Divorce, I Became A Hotshot Lawyer

“Order yours. Don't worry, the bill is on me. You can say it's an engagement gift.” “Thanks, man,” Nathan cheered, before saying to the bartender, “Perks of having a billionaire as a friend. I want vodka shots.” “Coming right up,” The bartender said, before moving to the side to prepare our orders. “So, is there a Mrs De Luca yet?” Nathan asked, and I shook my head in negation. “No. Not anymore,” I replied, feeling a surge of sadness tinged with anger. “I got divorced five years ago.” Time really flew by when you were engrossed in work. To think Josephine and I could have celebrated our eight marriage anniversary this year, had she not been a despicable person.

Countdown to My Divorce

Countdown to My Divorce

"Rachel, Rachel…!" "I've something to tell…!" The two of them spoke at the same time, and both sounded very excited. Rachel chuckled. "You go first." Cecilia said eagerly, "Did you read the news? Remember the woman who fought with you at the mall two days ago? Her husband wants to divorce her." "Yes, I read it." "I'm warning you, you'd better be careful. People are very vengeful nowadays. For all you know, that woman might just blame her divorce on you."

Mr. Kane Got Blacklisted

Mr. Kane Got Blacklisted

Seeing Stella's eyebrows furrow, Maya quickly replied, "Um, I added some sugar syrup to make it less bitter, like Madam Dahlia said." Stella pouted. "Maya, you saw it. Keegan and I are getting divorced. So this stuff isn't needed." Maya shook her head. "But Madam, every couple has tough times. You can't talk about divorce whenever you fight. It hurts things. And look, Keegan left after that call because he cares. Plus, divorced people don't sleep in the same room." Stella didn't know how to explain they just slept on the bed, nothing more.

I am on chapter 1700 and trust me this has to be the only book here that I have not lost interest in,i.e, the chapters have not dragged on and you literally are on the edge of your seat throughout the book. Enjoyed the whole book except the last few chapters.Hope the story doesn't become cliched now

What makes this story good are the characters, mainly the lead characters. Unlike other stories where the leads are usually portrayed as someone omnipotent with multiple hidden excellent identities, both Stella and Keegan have their own flaws and weaknesses, which made their characters more charming

Ex-Husband's Love Comes After Divorce

Ex-Husband's Love Comes After Divorce

“But… what about Argantara and Revania?” I took a deep breath, staring at the office ceiling. “Let them be. I have my own plans now. No longer relying on a husband who never truly cared, and I won’t let Revania destroy my dignity again.” --- The next day, I arrived at the office with steady steps. All eyes were on me—not only because I was a manager returning after internal conflict, but also because the divorce rumors had spread quickly. I sat at my desk, reviewing scattered reports, yet there was a strange sense of relief. It felt like freedom from the chains that had held me for so long.

Her Ex-husband's Deception

Her Ex-husband's Deception

His little girl, Valentina, hasn’t said a word since, coupled with other signs of trauma and has just recently started having night terrors. By the end of our meeting, I have agreed to move over to Pittsburgh which should be about four hours from New York City where I stay, to monitor her and try to help her health and move on. By late afternoon on Thursday, I was officially a divorced woman. I didn’t get to see Jared and so, I didn’t bother with talking to Jason aside the court room. I didn’t tell him I was leaving and even when he called out to me I ignored him. I was just thankful he didn’t make our divorce a matter of public interest and I didn’t find a single paparazzi anywhere near the

Miss Behave
I love this book, and feel a connection with the character Skylar as I have been in a psychologically abusive relationship. This book is in a way therapeutic, it is also very accurate in how it is for the person who is suffering from the abuse. I look forward to each update to see how Skylar copes.

My triplet brought me a husband

My triplet brought me a husband

Present day… Seeing Natalia come in last night, sad at the fact that her parents were fighting yet again made me conflicted. As much as I tried, the disagreement just never stopped. Agatha and I rarely agreed on anything and there's only so much of my temper I can keep in check. She kept provoking me with her words and actions and sometimes, I lost it. Like last night. But at the same time, things became clearer than ever. I didn't love Agatha. I never did, at least romantically. And heaven knows that right now, the only thing on my mind was a divorce.

Divorce But Stronger Chasing My Ex-wife Back

Divorce But Stronger Chasing My Ex-wife Back

I wiped my tears harshly, “If you really want to have a divorce, then tell me why.” “She's back.” That was all he said before he disappeared into the hallway. I sunk my nails into my flesh and whimpered, fresh, hot tears spilling from my eyes. It was unbearable, hurtful and torturous. The sky must have felt my pain because the rain poured harder than ever before that night. For the first time in forever, Liam and I slept in separate rooms. There was no one to tuck me in and keep me warm, and there was no goodnight kiss on my forehead.

Even if some choose to remain silent, others will also stand out. "This is something you must face daily after your divorce. Even if you return to the workforce again, you will still have to deal with it. "Just like you said, it's your past. We cannot deny our past, but we have to understand what we're doing now is correct. That way, you'll not have any nightmares in the future." "You…" Stunned, Lettie's eyes widened. I wouldn’t bother reading. The author has dragged this out and made the storyline almost unrecognizable from what it was portrayed. Instead of focusing on the lost child and the reunion with the family they have introduced stupid plots to drag the story on- and on- and on- and on!

the storyline is amazing. Love the FL. She is strong, fierce, righteous and so unaware. Landon is amazing, so supportive and heart warming tho feel sad for him he is unappreciated. I wish Fiona the best and hope she gets true love Owen never deserved her. Love grandpa Warren and Barron. It's amazing

Frequently Asked Questions

By the end of 'An Eventful Night After Divorce' the story closes on a surprisingly gentle note that felt earned rather than tidy. The couple—Hao and Yun—aren't handed a fairy-tale reset. Instead, they go through a raw, honest conversation in the small hours: blame gets named, regrets are admitted, and the tiny, painful moments that eroded their marriage are finally put on the table.

After that conversation, there's a stretch where they simply sit with the consequences. They don't rush into dramatic gestures; it's all very human. Yun retrieves an old photo from a drawer and they both laugh at a ridiculous pose they once made, and that laugh breaks the tension more than any proclamation could.

The final scene is intimate and open-ended. They don't sign new papers or throw a wedding party; they agree on a slow reconciliation, with real conditions—therapy, boundaries, and honest check-ins. The book ends on a quiet morning where the two make breakfast together, an ordinary domestic moment that suddenly feels like the bravest thing. I closed it feeling warmed and oddly hopeful, like watching two people learn how to be kind on purpose.
