It's been a month now since Riley's encounter with the goons and Lionel's attack. Lionel is fully healed now and he, together with Riley, her mother and Uncle have found a new hideout away from Nichole to be able to plan their attack on her. Kate was the one who secured this new home for them. It wasn't that big like their old apartment but was still helpful. "Hope you guys can manage this," uttered Kate as she glided into the house, followed by Riley, Lionel, Lian, and Rosita.

A meek smile tugging on her lips as Jayden's heart soared with happiness. His Bellé trusted him. That was a small accomplishment given his mistakes in the past. It still gave him hope - hope of finding his way into Rosaleigh's heart.

Jayden didn’t move right away, then turned his gaze towards the direction where Hope stood barefooted, fists tightened , jaw set. She wasn’t in pain. She wasn't crying She wasn’t fighting back She was burning with anger. He took a few steps forward, but Hope was already walking away. As she went about her day, she noticed something different. She could sense the kindness in people's hearts. Even the most surly or grumpy people seemed to radiate a soft glow from within. Favour realized that her wish had come true - she could see the good in everyone. She smiled to herself, feeling a renewed sense of optimism and joy. Perhaps the world wasn't as bad as she had thought.
