"I've been trying to get a hold of her mind link, to tell her that we've got Bruno. She's still probably there, thinking..." A loud, familiar scream reverberated from one of the caves surrounding us. It got the attention of every single wolf around us, as we all froze. It was coming from one of the mountains. "Abigail!" I exclaimed, fixing my gaze up there. Suddenly, the lifeless body of a male rogue came falling down from the entrance of the cave, down the mountain, till it finally hit the ground. I tuned in my sense of hearing to the cave, hearing noises of what seemed to be a struggle. Athena looked curiously at me, her eyes returning back to its natural state.

THIRD P.O.V. Zack and his group made it to the far side of the waterfall. The cobblestone was slick with water, making it difficult to get across, but they made it. The hidden cave was behind the waterfall, covered with vines and rusted bars. Zack and Bronx grabbed a hold of the bars and pulled. The motion shook the entire cave, with debris falling in multiple places. “We can’t pull this out without bringing this whole thing down,” Zack said, stepping back. Mary walked up to the bars and examined them before squeezing right through. “Well, that’s one way to do it.”

At that same moment, Hope gasped and pulled the crystal inward, dragging its light into the chamber. The walls began to shake violently, great cracks splinted across the floor.
