After that, he quickly pulled out a pistol from behind his back and easily shot several of Reno's subordinates, causing Reno to immediately reach for his own pistol. However, just as Reno was about to raise his weapon, Leo swiftly aimed at Reno's right hand, causing Reno to scream in pain, and the pistol he was holding was thrown to the ground.

He was right about that. “That's the only way we're going to get everyone clear,” Leo continued. “That hidden exit is far enough out into the woods that it'll give you a good head start.” I lowered my head. I didn't like it. I didn't want to leave him. “Get everyone moving towards safety. You grew up here, you know the best place to hide them, right?” Leo asked.

Leo looked around, his eyes wild, searching for an exit that didn’t exist. “I… I can explain.
