AVA'S POV “For a queen you are, you're getting a bit too comfortable with these humans,” Rowan whispered, his breath tickling my skin and his voice husky and laced with a hint of warning. My gaze narrowed, eyes flashing red with a hint of danger as I took in his words. “And what makes you think so, my love?” I purred, my voice dripping with sweetness as my fingers trailed his bare chest down below to his hard member. Of course we were lying naked in all our glory, skin flawless yet had a pale color to it, and this was absolutely normal being vampires.

"But seriously, answer me." "No, I don't sleep. I don't have the privilege to do so," she finally replied. "Why not? Don't go with a lie now." "I won't lie to you." "Yes, and I'm stupid." His sarcastic tone could be worse than anything else. She ignored it and responded, "Vampires don't sleep." The laughter from his forum echoed in his conscience. Hell, what a big lie. Hadassah's POV It's been seven days since my fallout with Aamon and I've not seen or heard from him since then which was good. I needed my space. Isabella has also stopped showing up to work, and she's no longer at her house. Of course I didn't go back to check, someone else went and found that out. I've been doing lots of research lately and getting lesser sleep. The things I've found are disturbing. Apparently, vampires can stop drinking human blood, but it takes a special blood to do that.

I began to link our top warriors to come to Stars hospital room immediately. Stars POV- Felix had left awhile ago so me and Axel decided to just lay here in my hospital bed and watch some Tv. We had been watching this show he put on called The Vampire Diaries, it was honestly crazy to me how the humans made these shows when we actually did exist but they had no real idea. I really liked the sexy guys named the Salvatore brothers they were really hot. “Okay so this is Elena’s best friend Bonnie she’s a witch!” Axel was watching the show intently while unknowingly rubbing my inner thigh.

I was putting on my shoes by the front door when Daisy stopped me to hand me a small bottle. I looked at it, then looked back at her. “What is this?
