A little Bit of Faith

A little Bit of Faith

Even if its mother is the spawn of a demon. “Look at how sweet he is.” She says, referring to Cameron as she opens the little box revealing a thin gold bracelet with a small flat gold piece with an engraving. “It says ‘Have Faith in me.’ it’s his promise to always come through for us.” she focuses her eyes on mine, just waiting for me to break. I can’t break. I won’t, not here and not because of her.

I truly fell in love with this book! So many emotions while reading this book. Very well written and relatable. I'm glad to see authors supporting other authors. Otherwise I may not have came across this book. I can't wait to read more of your work.
Grace Stephens
This book isn’t the typical man whore teenage high school story. I love it. It breaks the norm. Full of drama if u need it, but not too much that ur suffocating from it. This book teaches the importance of healing from physical violence. Both main and both sub characters are amazing. Just loved it!

Sold To The Mafia

Sold To The Mafia

Comfort them in their sorrow and fill them with your peace. Strengthen their faith in you and bless them with confidence and courage to face the future, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen." We sang Amazing Grace as soon as the priest was done with his prayer and I look up at the sky as we sing this song. Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound That saved a wretch like me I once was lost, but now am found Was blind but now I see Was Grace that taught my heart to fear And Grace, my fears relieved How precious did that Grace appear

The Criminal's Alpha

The Criminal's Alpha

Everyone in the room kneeled on one knee, and lowered their head, not daring to question whatever was to come. "LADY MUERTE, WE ASK FOR YOUR SALVATION, GUIDANCE, AND WISDOM IN A TIME OF CRISIS," We yelled before grabbing a knife, and spilling a small pool of blood against the cold bones before us. A glass equivalent of gasoline lit a cigar with a match, threw the match over the bones, and as the fire ignited: Blew as thick a cloud of cigar smoke as we could muster over the bones before kneeling before our work. This was no longer about right or wrong, loss or victory, this was a matter of faith; And while our faith may twist and turn, its path remains true to our will.

Stealing The Dragon's Heart

Stealing The Dragon's Heart

Hold fast now unto faith's faint glimmer. Hermes and Sage fanned out just beyond the ravaged gates in defensive flank. None had spoken what we all accepted - they would sell their lives dearly this day so I might somehow halt apocalypse's dread vanguard and make balanced exchange. Our wordless love shone brighter than dragonfire to illuminate the abyss yawning hungrily. Locking stares across severing darkness, we three bid farewell in all but deeds to this plane. Hold fast now to faith's lone glimmer. There can be no retreat henceforth.

Whispers of the Heart

Whispers of the Heart

I wasn’t particularly fond of poetry but preferred to read it versus attempting to write it. She explained that our first poem would be easy and personal and would let her get to know us all individually. She went into detail about what an acrostic poem was and that she wanted ours to include our first, middle and last names and for each word or phrase to be personal. She wanted it to describe our personality, familial background or physical characteristics. She said that after reading each one, she wanted to feel like she knew us.

The Tycoon’s Temptress - Red Flower’s Chase

The Tycoon’s Temptress - Red Flower’s Chase

A city lost in time and myth, Now wakes again with a mighty breath. When you’re lost and don’t know the way, Let faith be your light through the fray. It stills your heart, ignites your peace, Like willows swaying in the breeze. A compass strong to steer your fight, Through raging storms and darkest night. You’ve always known where to start, The lion’s roar will guide your heart. It breathes in courage you thought you’d fled, Reviving strength where once you bled.

Turning to God for His First Love

Turning to God for His First Love

Ever since Evan Moore renounced his worldly pursuits in order to pray for me, I would visit him at the monastery once every month. However, he wasn't in the meditation chamber today. As I waited for Evan inside, a breeze blew open his handwritten scripture. I was surprised when I casually skimmed through the words on the pages. He had always been protective of this handwritten scripture. Every time I asked to see it, he insisted I fast and pray for a week first. However, it was impossible for me to meet such strict demands when I still had to take care of our son.

The pocket

The pocket

He was carrying their faith with him, each step he took a testament to their belief in him, their belief in a future they were all desperately clinging to. The silence in the dome was absolute, broken only by the faint whisper of the wind. The farewells were complete, the emotions deeply felt, the unspoken promises binding them together. He closed his eyes for a moment, committing their faces, their expressions, their silent pleas to memory, so that he could carry them with him on his journey. Their faith in him, their hope for his success, their silent prayers for his safe return – all were embedded in his heart, fueling his determination, giving him the strength to face the unknown that aw

UNFAITHFUL UNTILL THE END

UNFAITHFUL UNTILL THE END

Finally breaking the closeness. Finally creating space. And when he spoke again— his voice was different. Lower. Quieter. Less sharp. “Do you know what ruins most things?” he asked. The question caught me off guard. Not because of the words— but because of the tone. It wasn’t interrogation anymore. It was something else. I didn’t answer immediately. He didn’t wait. “Trust,” he said. Simple. Direct. He moved away now, walking toward the chair and sitting down slowly, like the weight of something unseen had settled on him.
