I was exasperated, disagreeing with her brilliant idea. Now here's the thing. It's not like my mother never appointed babysitters for me when she had business trips and contests to judge. But, all in vain, there were hundreds of complaints registered against me which led them to quit the job- which had a pretty fair pay- and now those files are probably rotting somewhere in the attic. These babysitters even took payment for their damages. I'm not a monster or anything but it's just their necessity stuff used to mesmerize me and as a curious explorer child, I was prompted to check them out.

" He scoffed arrogantly and said "Look If you are some newly appointed babysitter then back off and give up already. I don't need one" Sera smirked and sat down on the bench, looking at the beautiful view she sighed and said "Well, Why would a grown-up kid like you need a babysitter?" He went silent for a moment and suddenly said in high pitch cheerful way "Exactly! That's what I am trying to make everyone understand. I am a grown-up kid why would I need a babysitter? But they just don't get it"

One more time couldn't hurt. Brooke was wondering most of the day if Dan would contact her. She really loved the surprise adventure from last night and this morning. I said pointing my head toward the guy playing with the girl. "So you're like friends?" I hesitated on what I was supposed to reply, we aren't friends or anything like that and I couldn't tell him that I'm here because some mafia boss invited him to a party and that he needs an escort, yeah no that will freak him out. "I'm his babysitter." I blurted out, shit I wasn't supposed to say that. He frowned deeply and I continued to lie. "The guy is actually a troublemaker and his parents hired me for watching him that he doesn't do anything bad, that job is kinda cool since you get to spend a lot of his money." I chuckled playfully and he laughed.

Hiring a babysitter was not difficult. There were many available “online”, but even so, she preferred to ask for the contact details of her niece's babysitter. Gustavo asked her a series of questions before agreeing to give her the number: “Where will you go?” “Who will accompany you?” “Be very careful, Adeline. An accident could happen to you”
