"Human... how are you..." Lucien Desrosiers, the Demon King of the dark court, took one stunned step back. The noise behind him died at once. The hall was packed with elders, guards, and newly chosen sacrificial consorts, yet everyone seemed to forget how to breathe. Someone whispered, "She is not afraid of him? The Demon King's whole body carries the lust-curse. Any woman who gets too close starts collapsing within three seconds. Why is she fine?"

I asked. He pulled out a dagger from his belt. “Why did Kelvin slit his wrist to summon the demon?” he asked. My eyes widened as I realized what he was saying. “ Darka is attracted to the smell of blood.” The sheriff slit his wrist with the dagger and lifted his hands to let the blood drop to the floor. And in that split second when Darka turned around to see where the smell of blood was coming from, Kelvin touched him with the tip of the spirit sword. Everyone in attendance had their mouths agape in disbelief as they saw the tip of the sword on Darka's back. Kelvin won the Kendo.

"You are mine. Only mine. You belong to me. You belong to Erix Drystan. And this is your fate. I'm your fate." No! The only thing echoed in my head right now. He can't be my fate. I can't be His. I don't want a monster in my fate. As if he could read my mind, he smirked evilly, "Alas! You are stuck with a demon not a monster." He is truly a demon. And I couldn't digest the fact that my fate made me meet this demon and I don't know what things he has planned for me. A demon in black clothes and with red eyes is now in my life now. Trevor asked. "You can’t save a demon who is hurt by this weapon. To be able to pierce this weapon through the heart of the demon and still save him, you need the blood of a hybrid. As long as we are aware, there is only one hybrid in the world at the moment. Only the blood of that hybrid, when drunk by the dying demon, can save him. The hybrid's flesh and blood is the most powerful potion for demons because of the powers it contains," The voice said again, and Trevor looked at the weapon in his hand.

As he decided on his own words, he picked up the small precious-metal sword by the handle in his fingers. Brow furrowed in adorable bewilderment, Dillon's gaze bounced from Tony to the sword. The blue topaz in the hilt was radiant enough to even reflect the minute amounts of starlight onto his skin. Why was he confused? Did he not want him to slay a demon for him? Tony readied his weapon for battle and lightly squeezed him in his arms. Time to cut an insecurity to pieces.

Anine asked. "Your daughter needs the blood of the deity on it. When he appeares in human form, give him a cut. Do not wrestle with him. Just a cut. The blood of that body he uses is the only thing that is needed on this sword. Ajonwa is a Spirit but he uses the body to wreak havoc. Get the blood on the sword and he would be no more. "He would kill me!" Anine said almost loudly. "Once his blood touches the sword, he would be rendered powerless and he will never use that body again. Can you do it? Consider the generation yet unborn and what he would do to them. Remember what he did to you, would you allow him to do it to another?"

Dean smirked softly, amused to see the behavior of these two friends. "No life is as easy as our plan, Lord have their own plan," said Dean. "There is always plan B plan C until plan AA... like the column in excel, after Z there is AA..."' said Ariesta while shrugging. But Dean remains worried. These two friends try to play destiny. But he decided to keep his mouth shut, he was behind the scenes when they needed him, as usual. Now let them cool off their emotions. "Let's have breakfast?" invite Dean.

Austin stood in between 3 fierce-looking demon, with calculated steps he moved back and lurched at the first. Each demon attacked with only one thought on their minds, kill him. With a loud shout, he drove the sword into the demon's heart. The demon muttered a shriek as it fell to the ground, blood oozing out of its mouth. This only made the others more furious, with angry strides, their swords and daggers clashed with his. He could hear a warning from his demon. He hadn't slept for two straight days and his eyes revealed it all. Anger grew inside of him as he remembered Ariana.

More blood drips onto the floor into tiny pools. "You should be scared," I snarl. I take a threatening step forward. He grins more. "I like it when you act strong. It shows how weak you really are." I jump forward and stab his hands into the lockers, pinning him in place. I reach forward and wrap my hands around his throat. Pushing back, I shove him up against the locker with a crash. Tiny turrets of blood leak from his wrists. His blood is acidic, but my wings are resistant to it. As long as it doesn't touch my skin I should be fine.

Ruby instantly scrambled back up and somersaulted backwards when the demon nearly flattened her under its palm like a pancake. The baboon swung its other hand at Ruby. The claws were black and gleaming under the sun. Ruby knew this demon had poison in its fangs and claws, therefore she didn't dare acted so rashly and mostly could only dodge this whole time. But the demon's increasingly intense attack didn't give her enough time to dodge. Half in despair, Ruby raised her sword to withstand its attack and braced herself for the impact. The claws didn't get to her, but the strength difference between them was just too big. The impact from her sword and its claws sent sparks flying in between. T
