The man's eyes swamp over me admiringly as he walked past and he greeted me with a pleasant gesture which I greeted back with a smile. “You are awake?" Marcel said. “Yes. What says the time?" Even now, even when he wasn’t there, he was still arranging her movements, deciding how far she could go, how long she could be gone. He was making sure she never strayed too far from him. The sound of running water coming from the bathroom pulls me from my admiration of the room. He’s home. I inhale deeply as I shut the door behind me, feeling the tension in my shoulders evaporate as I follow Marcel’s scent to the drawer filled with his neatly folded old t-shirts. I’m quick, slipping out of my clothes and tossing them into the hamper. In one swift motion, I slide into Marcel’s shirt, the soft fabric feeling comfortable against my skin as I make my way toward the bed in just my underwear and his shirt.

With precision and grace, they positioned themselves on either side of the wardrobe, expertly parting the curtains to reveal a tantalizing array of clothes, suspended on hangers with utmost care.

Marcel sighed and said, “Okay.” He stepped into the room and Lista immediately closed the door. For a moment, Marcel was transfixed by the size of the room he occupied. He looked around and was immediately sedated by a large bed that looked comfortable. A table and chair set is also available so Marcel can use it for work. Apart from that, Marcel’s wallet and cellphone had been returned, and he was sure that Lista had tampered with those two personal items. Marcel opened the large cupboard which was located not far from the bed, many piles of clothes were neatly arranged in it. He picked one piece at random and changed his clothes.
