He turned to Aiko while raising his brows. Aiko rolled her eyes and looked the other way. "By the way, this is Aiko, Rina’s sister. Remember, Rina?” Kalli nodded. “Yes, your girlfriend.” At the same time, Kalli extended his arm to shake hands with Aiko. Aiko didn’t know how to react at first. She was quite hesitant to correct Kalli that Rina is no longer Goo’s girlfriend and to take Kalli’s hand, the gesture was too formal when he actually looked like a snob when she saw him last night with Goo. It didn’t suit him. But she took his hand anyway.

Our parents had been close so Kai and I had spent a lot of time together as kids. Things changed as we got older. I, on the other hand was a nobody. I guess you could say I was attractive, when I actually tried to be. I was average height for a girl and curvy. I had long chestnut colored hair and honey eyes. I didn’t wear makeup, I couldn’t afford it. I didn’t wear fancy clothes like the other girls. People didn’t notice me and I was more than happy to keep my head down and blend in.

As we pulled around to get out of the car, I could see Alpha Jackson, Luna Julia, and Alpha Kate standing at the top of the stairs welcoming the guests from the previous car that had arrived. I could see Kate speaking with what I assume was an Omega, smiling as she turned to welcome what she expected would be me. I admit I was excited with that smile. As she saw Rafe coming up the stairs beside me her smile faltered for a fraction of a second before her smile was pasted back on her face.

I hate her right now. I stare up ahead ready to storm into the ladies room damning the consequences when she glides out with a smile on her face and a slight away of her slender hips. She says and walks over to Eliana sticking her hand out for a proper greeting. Eliana ignores her hand and pulls her into a hug. "It's nice to meet you. I've heard absolutely nothing about you." Eliana over excitedly says giving me a look. "I can say the same. My name is Kera." She says and I can't help the small smile on my lips as I watch the exchange. "How long have you been together?" The nosey Eliana asks and Kera smiles. "Two days." She says proudly and I softly chuckle. "Still fresh."

He was caught off-guard, wondering how K knew about him hooking-up with almost every pretty girl around New York. Oh, wait. Clix. He realized and remembered K saw the app on his phone when he asked for her phone number at the subway station. But then, she wouldn't know still that he slept with those women aplenty.
