Sebastian turned before Luca even spoke.
“First,” Luca said, stopping at the side of the table. His Indonesian was still precise, though a faint Italian accent caught on certain letters. “That courier was not a regular Romano Foundation courier. His identity is valid,” he continued. “Name, registration number, delivery company. Everything checks out in the system.”
“And?” Sebastian asked. His voice remained low.
Luca glanced once toward Poppy, then back at Sebastian. “His face doesn’t match the Foundation’s internal database. They keep photo records of regular couriers authorized to access sensitive document deliveries. The man from earlier isn’t in it.”
