MARKED BY THE ALPHAS HEAT

MARKED BY THE ALPHAS HEAT

Kade’s POV The roof of the SUV was peeled off like a tomato can. The wind was cold. The enhanced wolf’s claws reached down, and swiped at my head. I leaned sideways, slamming into Liora as the claws missed me by inches and tore into the upholstery. “Drive faster!” I shouted at Sable. She was already doing exactly that, swerving hard through traffic and onto the ramp leading to the old tunnel. Vehicles horned behind us. The SUV drifted like it was Fast and Furious, while the wolf on the roof kept digging.

Berserker

Berserker

she hissed as she sat back on her heels. Kelda watched them both warily before looking at Brodi with raised eyebrows. He nodded sharply at her to continue. Without a word spoken, she cut through the woolen homespun he wore and studied the arrow protruding from his back. Then with a quick, skilled movements, Kelda made two slits widening the wound on either side of the arrow. Ignoring the gasps behind her, she then pulled the arrow straight up and out of Brand's back.

Drive Me Crazy

Drive Me Crazy

I turn back to her, "we will go." "But first," I reach forward and poured the bottle on his head, soaking him and his little friend. "Complements from the vineyard little bitch." He shot up from the seat, his eyes wide in horror. I was starting to think that I shouldn't have done that. Before he made after us, I dashed out of the booth with Hayley following and set for the back door. Luckily my car was right around the corner so we didn't have to run far. It was the fastest I started and drove a car in heels. The club was in my rearview. A few moments later, my white E-class Mercedes Benz was rolling through the rustic gates of the estate.

Ace

Ace

Ace cooed but his touch was aggressive when he yanked me down and spun me around. Sliding a hand over my spine, he had me leaning over the ledge with my eyes fixed on the busy street below. Everything looked tiny from up here. Every person down there was so oblivious of what was happening up here. Even if they looked up, the glare of the sun would obstruct their vision. Ace's long fingers cuffed the back of my neck to hold me in place while his other hand skimmed over the waistband of my tights, "Not going to take my time with you. This is going to be hard and fast baby."

When I read books by this author they always play like a movie in my head. The details, the setting, the characters and the story line all flow so well. Such a talented writer. I am absolutely looking forward to reading "Jericho". Keep up the great work.

Fury

And on Friday morning, another order for room service had been placed as early as 6:30, only for the waitress to meet no response from Frank's chamber but a sinisterly open door that afforded her the view of senator Frank's corpse in lying around in a pool of blood and his lady guest stripped stark naked, beaten to pulp, and tied to the bed frame. Coincidentally--perhaps not so--it was the second case of murder of top dogs in the city within the space of a week, and in a similar pattern at that. The first murder had struck earlier in the week when Henry West-gate, a famous tycoon in the city was set up for a car accident in his Jeep. It had been discovered that the middle-aged business tycoo

The Last Station Standing

The Last Station Standing

Mina’s voice crackled through their comms, distorted by the dense, oxygenated fluid filling their suits. From the "Sparrow" submersible, a modified Sonic Disruption Torpedo launched. It didn't explode. Instead, it unfolded, releasing a burst of Inverted Acoustic Waves (sound waves specifically engineered to reinforce, rather than shatter, Isotope bonds). A shimmering, translucent dome of blue light—the Hard-Light Aegis (a temporary energy barrier)—expanded around Elara and Kazimir, creating a safe, stable bubble of energy within the chaotic, violet-tinted water.

Curse of the Four Dragons

Curse of the Four Dragons

"It's an model attempted by Luminescent in the attempt to create their own firearms after observing battles during WWI. It has been made and used in the 50s before being discontinued. Unlike regular firearms, the ammo is your chi and the amount put into it determines firepower and lethality. These guys used a model that hasn't been used in decades and they got the low quality type." "They look like mercenaries" Kazuha looked at a brand on their bodies after she ripped the sleeves of all of their shirts. She is indifferent to what is in front of her. "The red robin brand. A mercenary insignia I once saw as a child. I knew it. The Shizuka family contracted them to kidnap me, again." Kurai is s

Abnormals: Rise of Kronos

Abnormals: Rise of Kronos

Thora told her with a look of loathing. “ A shame, truly,” Aralu said, her words drenched in sarcasm. She looked past Arai and locked eyes with Acacius. “ And what say you, handsome lad? Are you willing to fight alongside a member of a royal Ishtar house?” Acacius looked at the giant centipede and slowly nodded, activating his Ryuijin. “ You two can fight as a team. I’ll fight with Thora,” Arai said, activating her Tribal Trait. Thora grumbled as her Kumoijin replaced her normal eyes. Aralu noticed the Abnormals, each awakening their Tribal Traits, and smirked.

Alpha Nero

Alpha Nero

My muscles burn with adrenaline, my blood roaring in my ears. Darius lunges again, this time with more force. I brace myself, catching his arm before his claws can sink into my chest. The two of us grapple, teeth bared and growls ripping from our throats. He’s stronger, but I’m faster. I twist, using his momentum against him, slamming him into the dirt.

I absolutely loved the Leonettis! This book contains 3 stories, and all of them are full of twists and secrets that will have you pulling your hair, but they're also full of heartwarming moments that will definitely have you swooning. Another great work by J Tarr!

I loved this book, so much, and was so happy it included Osiris and Orion's stories as well. All three were so well written and had all the feels. I was hooked from beginning to end. Another amazing read from J. Tarr!

In the Darkness of City Blocks

In the Darkness of City Blocks

Askadal collapsed, the sword went deep through his leg straight into the floor. - Now! - Brook-ta-man shouted with anguish and ran away as fast as he could. A gloomy Alud appeared from behind the column, in his hands he had a “Ray”, a powerful artifact with the energy of the sun inside. There was a slight click of an opening mechanism. Askadal only saw the artifact filled with horror, he jerked sharply away from the deadly artifact, tearing off half of his leg. A powerful beam of sunlight shot out from the small amulet.
