Alan Smiling Friends Novels & Stories

Alex returns the question. "You know, tell Ashly that you like her? Bro, you've been crushing on her ever since our Bio days. It's really a surprise how your so-called best friend seems oblivious about it, when you stare at her a lot all the time. A LOT!" Dr. Tamy is one of Alex's close friends from college as they were in the same Biology Majors' organization with Ashly.

Neil. They were side by side at a casino table, both mid-laugh, both very much at ease. The next photo was even worse: Dominic with a woman in his lap, lime between her teeth, tequila dripping down her chest. Neil was egging it on, drink raised in salute. I recognize a few other faces as a few of Dominic's friends from college. My fingers tightened around the phone. The caption read: “Birthday Blowout? Dominic Brightclaw and Neil Blackfang seen celebrating the alpha's birthday, but is that all?”

When Ray said he had my friends waiting I thought he meant Harvey and Sandra, I didn’t expect Jake, Phoebe, Chloe, Elliot, and even my damn stepsister, Paris here. “Surprise!” They all shouted and I faked a smile then looked back at Ray who was smiling proudly. “So?” “Thank you.” Was all I could say, he kissed my lips before leading us to the second row seats. “For a minute I thought he lied to us.” Sandra said, loud enough, she was in the same row with Harvey which was a little new as she normally despised him.

-Allen My heart stopped. Allen. Allen James Michael. My childhood best friend who'd moved to Boston for work three years ago. We'd kept in touch sporadically, birthday texts, occasional calls but we hadn't actually seen each other in over a year. I stared at the message. He was the only person besides Denzel who called me Amelia. Everyone else used Rayna or Ray. But Allen had always insisted Amelia was prettier, more sophisticated. It annoyed me as a kid. Now it just felt... complicated.

Amyla responded "You're not that bad though. I am talkative. I do not know if you would mind being friends with me. Because I'll love to be your friend" Skyla said and Amyla slightly smiled "I don't really have friends apart from a longtime family friend I have now called Jenifer. So, I don't know if we will be good." Amyla said

the words left my lips as I saw my over dramatic best friend trying hard to fake cry. "I know right!" Tim agreed with me and we both really wanted to reconsider our friendship with Ashton. He's such a dork. "Amara!" I heard a familiar voice making my attention to shift to a handsome man in his white suit and grey hair. It's Alan. His eyes were wide and he's panting like he ran a marathon. I'm sorry to say this but he reminded me of a hamster on the wheel.

Damon laughed, “Really, well you still look the same. You still look like a teenager who’s willing to cry over ice cream.” “Oh come on, can’t we just forget about that?!” they both laughed. “Uh-hum! Looks like someone hasn’t introduced this oh-so-handsome and hot man here?” Alice, one of Eris’s best friends suddenly said. “O-Oh, I’m so sorry guys. By the way Lemon, these are my best friends, this one’s Alice, this one’s Amber, Khloe, Britz, Jackie, and this one’s Daphne. Guys, this is Damon Furlord, my first ever best friend.”

He smiled from his position and just snuggled closer to her, he doesn't show it much but he will sacrifice the world for his sister and these little moments of affection they display towards each other are so dear to him. They stayed like that for a while, eating chips and dissing Sakura as they watched the anime, but a call disrupted their little bonding moment. Amanda grumbled underneath her breath before picking up the phone, her annoyance rose an octave when she saw the name of the person calling. "Miss West speaking," she said in the most polite voice she could muster. "That sounds so fake," Alan said from the other end, not bothering to hide the smile in his voice "and you don't have t
