CHAPTER 1- For a girl like me, being unusual is difficult; I was born with a gift called "Real Sight," which allows me to see things that regular people cannot. Spirits, apparitions, elements, and mythical creatures, to name a few. As a result, I preferred to avoid social situations. Others who are solely concerned with themselves can never understand how to live in the dark, surrounded by these strange creatures. After my father died, even my mother abandoned me. She cut me off from my only brother and placed me under the care of my grandmother.

It is when your parents or people so close to you do not even give you a listening ear. They feel so right in everything they do. That is why so many children feel unloved and abandoned All these while I felt relaxed that my mom would hear me out but, she just disappointed me so badly. I do not think I can ever trust her and tell her anything. Ever! This would be my last mistake. After she left and went to prepare for work, I just laid in bed helplessly. The abyss was a god in the born by power pantheon, under chaos and Apocalypse whom represented darkness. This given entity as well has no personification of humanity and is in no form human or thinks like a human. Its total though is destruction and it submits to the fates.

Everyone knows the saying, "When you stare into the Abyss, The Abyss Stares Back." Many know about phenomena about Black Magic, Hauntings, Disappearances that have a Chill to it and if you search into it something sinister follows you. My Question is, What is THE ABYSS? Is it another Dimension of Horrors? Or a Realm of Mystery that intersects ours on a regular basis? Or is it a Life Form of many Forms who is trapped in an In-Between State or was Banished from Our Realm because it didn't want to co-exist with new life and just wanted to eat and destroy and feed off of Fear?

In the depths of the abyss, they rely on their bond and collective strength to navigate the uncharted waters, driven by their shared purpose and unwavering determination. The abyss stretches out endlessly before their eyes, an expanse of unfathomable darkness. It seems to devour the light, leaving only a void in its wake. No rays of sunlight penetrate this far, and the Tritainian skies are but a distant memory. The absence of familiar illumination is replaced by an eerie, otherworldly gloom.

Nathaniel, Maya, the twins, the vanguard—the entire heart of the North was being sucked into the throat of the Abyss. Oceanus watched us go, his expression one of profound, mournful regret. The Age of the Abyss had arrived. And the White Queen was no longer standing on a mountain; she was falling into the sea.

The vision flickered slightly. The abyss noticed immediately. “YOU REJECT SURVIVAL.” Kael shook his head faintly. “No.” Another cough wracked through him. Blood stained his lips again. “We reject emptiness.” The void around them shifted. Restless now. Unstable. The abyss spoke again. “EMPTINESS PREVENTS SUFFERING.” Lira answered quietly this time. “It also prevents living.” The silence afterward felt different. Almost fragile. The abyss had existed for eternity consuming worlds, emotions, civilizations, yet now it struggled against something as simple as human connection.
