He had not a care in the world as the excitement of being in mid-chase had gotten the better of him and he found himself throwing caution to the wind and pouncing on the wounded, but still very well-armed deer that had taken a direct swipe from his massive claws. The black fiend growled as it clamped tight and powerful jaws along the throat of the whining deer as they both collapsed with the loss of the deer's ability to stay upright and the added weight of the starved werewolf who had no intention of letting go of the fast fading beast. He smelled like the lazy heat of the sun settling in a pine forest, warm, peaceful, and safe. Skye in return licked under my chin and wagged his tail. Settling side by side, we dug into the soft underbelly of the fallen doe. I took the liver in two ravenous bites, sinking my muzzle into the cavern I had begun to excavate in the deer’s rib cage. Blood stained my fur and half blinded me but the gobs of hot rich viscera sliding down my throat was well worth it. Between two hungry werewolves, one deer rapidly became a pile of bones and scraps of blood drenched fur.

A few minutes passed and finally trusting my wolf I ran into the woods after the deer. Stalking my prey we come to a pond, I lower myself down, waiting. The deer walked slowly to the pond and began to drink. I jumped out and sank my teeth into its neck, twisting my head quickly snapping its neck.

When Alpha Jack noticed what I did, I heard him let out a short laugh before he said. “Be patient my love, we have something bigger in the stream”. My senses are in full alert understanding what he said. So I followed him as he walked first heading towards a deer drinking in the water of the stream. We tipped our paws and slowly aim for the kill. As we jump together, the deer was unable to escaped. He was trapped in the middle of me and Alpha Jack. And then on instinct i aimed for it’s neck while Alpha Jack bite it in the back. I swallowed more blood this time than before, as it flowed freely inside my mouth. Then the two of us had our fill.

I have no idea. While I was talking to Leana, explaining what had happened, Drake had gone out hunting, bringing back a deer for her. While I’m used to werewolves killing forest creatures, I’m not used the violence that was shown in this carcass. The throat had been ripped out, leaving a gaping wound and nearly decapitating the poor creature.

Eric who was also sceptical about the lifeless dear and taking it as food, turned her head towards Steve who stood with a squinted eyes. “Poisoned deer? How did you know?” he asked and Steve walked closer to them. “after what happened with Adina’s father, I was one of the top angel looking after the souls. I used to tend to animals as well, just by seeing I know what is what” he said with a serious look as he crouched near the deer with a complicated eye. “is it poisoned eating some poisonous berried or mushrooms?” one of the soldier asked and Steve shook his head a no.

“I highly enjoyed tricking your pack members into helping me. I would’ve eventually killed them once I accomplished what I wanted.” That seems to tick off the cheetah next to me and she attacks first and the rest follow. Alastor pierces the cheetah’s chest and rips her heart out while he shifts one hand into a claw and slices a bear’s head off. A horse appears beside me as the lion continues to stalk in a circle. We need to be more careful. “I don’t know how your herd escaped Stallion. I’ll kill you all like I should’ve done a long time ago.”

Alister's POV Then, disaster struck. One of the wolf's claws caught Alister's foreleg, digging deep into his flesh and causing him to cry out in pain. He could feel the venom from the wolf's claws coursing through his veins, threatening to weaken him further. But Alister was no ordinary wolf. With a deep growl, he released his Alpha toxin, a potent chemical cocktail that could neutralize even the deadliest poisons.

They closed in whilst the Alastair or Amadeus, I couldn't tell them apart in wolf form, rounded left with Lysander. As one, they pounced. Had the deer cornered in seconds. Nerezza was offered the killing blow by Kallik. Without hesitation, she sunk her teeth in. Ripped out the throat before the deer could make any sound. The cracking of cartilage and bone echoed in my mind.

Nearby, I smelt a forest animal and settled next to Jade who was behind a log hiding. I looked at the form and there was a pine deer grazing. It looked up and around as if sensing us. Jade jumped out first and got it by the neck. It squirmed and bleated for help but with one snap of its neck, it went quiet. Blood dripped from Jade’s mouth as he returned to me with the deer in his mouth. He put it before me and seemed to be gesturing for me to eat it. Never in my life has a dead animal looked so delicious. I let Domino eat it and she offered some to Jade.
