Beta Kyle, still being fooled by the mate bond, strolled to her and stared at her beautiful face. "H-Help me, please" She batted her long eyelashes at him. Beta Kyle was charmed by this strange woman in front of him. He took his hands impulsively to the ropes that tied her, they didn't affect him because he wasn't a vampire. Rosalie smiled evilly when he began loosening the ropes around her body. "Thank you," Rosalie said, softly but in a split second she held the ropes even though they burned her and wrapped them around Beta Kyle's neck.

She was standing at the corner of the room looking fearfully at Jake who was trying to calm her down, but she seemed to listen. “Rosie, honey. It’s okay, they are not going to hurt us. Alpha Allison saved us from the rogues.” Rosie’s eyes darted to me where I stood with a hand on a very tense Jake, when her eyes landed on him she recoiled once more. Vevina’s muffled scream came through from her face pushed into the mattress.
