Mated to the Night Wolf
I am frozen at the sight as I stare down into the pits of darkness.
There is nothing to see for no image forms, but shadows dart past me, the first of a pale girl, with thin blonde hair, racing down the stairs, calling after Shade in panic, and then two others, including the human.
Soon the image slowly forms as more of the slaves pool beneath, taking the light with them, the candles here go dark and the light below glows, and they hover over her body shielding me from my eyes.
Alchest scampers off me, as I stare from above. I do not know when I descend the stairs, but I feel more ghostly than present, a stranger in of itself, void of everything that one may think holds a semblance of sanity
