Alice flinched snapping her head towards her frowning aunt, she gathered her senses and stood up from the couch, she looked at her aunt with a small smile which soon got replaced with a deep frown meeting with her aunt's tensed gaze. "What happened, aunt? Are you alright?" She questioned Lisa who shook her head. "Nothing's wrong with me but what's wrong with you?" Alice scowled in confusion. "What do you mean?" Lisa placed a vase she was holding on the table walking toward the confused girl, her face gave away nothing except worry. "Tonight Alpha Raymond will mark Hellen. Did you forget that?" Soon realization started seeping into her, oh! She definitely forgot that, that yellow eyed monster

“Bad people again?” Alicia swallowed hard. “Not tonight.” He studied her sleepily like he was trying to decide whether to believe her. Then he whispered, “Papa said monsters get smaller when you stop being scared of them.” A small smile broke through her exhaustion. “Did he?” Aiden nodded weakly. “But he also said some monsters wear suits.” Alicia glanced toward the doorway where Alex now stood quietly watching them. Their eyes met. And for the first time since Pier Nineteen, she saw fear in his face too.

Something that made the hair on my arms stand up. Kade had found it by accident while searching for patrol records and he had shown it to me and I had shown it to Cressida. She had been here before. The man, still in distress, pleaded for assistance. "Hello," she murmured, and carefully approached the injured figure. Turning his face, the man greeted her with a sinister smile, sending shivers down her spine. Shock drained the color from Hazel's face as she beheld the unexpected sight before her. A towering figure, not the man she anticipated but a menacing wolf, stood in front of her.

Seeing his cold eyes, Crystal didn't dare to make any tiny noise or love her hand as everyone's eyes were stuck on that page and her hand. Just in two seconds, everyone's breathing hitched as the colour of the book changed, and it was....BLOOD RED! Clara was left stunned as How could it be? Even Crystal was also surprised as she didn't know how it happened! Everyone including Ramos, Aurora and Vincent turned towards Clara with cold eyes but she was left dead cold with shock. When I woke up, I was in an underground cell chained with silver, there was no means of escaping. I really wanted to see the face of my kidnapper. Who would dare attack an Alpha werewolf?
