Alice said her words kept short as she cringed. Jonah coughed a little bit at the mention of James being her step brother and gave her the side eye, his face asking her to explain. Alice watched a range of questions flash across Jonah's face before he finally masked it and looked at her waiting. Alice let out a sigh, tilting her head back and pushing into the seat. “So it's a messed up version of cinderella. To be short with everything.” Alice groaned not wanting to go down memory lane and have another person feel sorry for her.

To a normal person, Aliza would seem like a stunning woman with beautiful green eyes, but it was all a facade black and dark witches used to deceive people. Alice felt disgusted. She needed help. She opened her mouth to call for Joan but Aliza was faster than her. Her hand was over Alice's mouth the next second and she immediately started the chant. A few seconds later Alice stopped dragging in her and slowly slipped to the floor unconscious. “I Don't see what all the fuss is about '' Aliza scoffed. “Alice!” Aliza heard footsteps coming and quickly hid. It was the other child.

There was a mix of hope and sadness in her voice. I chuckled softly, shaking my head. "I’ve heard that story before... it sounds a lot like Cinderella’s tale, don’t you think?" I joked, rolling my eyes. "Wake up, Alice! It’s just a fun night. It doesn’t mean anything, and no one’s going to fall in love with me. Luna Katy is just being kind, that’s all." Despite my words, the feeling that tonight would be different wouldn’t leave my mind. As I finished getting ready, I noticed a note sliding under the door. Someone had just left it there. Alice quickly bent down, picked up the paper, and unfolded it.

"Don't miss me too much, okay?" she teased again. Alice couldn't help but smile at Siya's antics. "Go and enjoy, but don't get too carried away. I don't need videos of you embarrassing yourself, I'm telling you again" Alice replied, playing along with the banter.
